Actually now that i think about it, what you are doing is taking away from the feeling of the song (which was so successful in the original), and replacing the focus with your vocal play. So the solo sings and the song dies. The lyrics should come first.

@TheMonkeyMedicine hey, yea i agree that i overdid all the fancy stuff. but i wanted one of my covers to, for once, really be a 'showcase' of my "range/control" and not about anything else, which is why i did it in a cappella. though to be honest it's not something i planned. i just got really into the song & when i get passionate i tend to riff & run a lot. i dont think theres any "right" or "wrong" way to interpret a song, but ppl will either like or hate it. thank you though :) God bless
