Once he lost his balance and posted his hand on Nick's chest, I saw an armbar in his near future.
But I'm impressed by Nick's fluidity in rolling the guy over before applying the armbar. That's some high level stuff imo.
The problem with applying the armbar from the bottom is you can get picked up and slammed. So rolling the guy over before putting the leg over the face was pretty smart. Probably easier against a drunk guy, but it's still fancy.
