I didn't even bother with Kerrang's Download review this year after their previous poor festival reviews. So what did they say about Journey? They deserve nothing less than a 10/10 or 9/10 at the least! ^ ^

they got 2Ks and i quote "take an already retro day back to late 70s and early 80s. dont stop believing might be a one time globe straddling melodic behemoth but elsewhere it's moderately rocking radio fodder that only few people seem vaguely familiar with." i mean ffs! ok admittedly i dont know many of the songs but i danced along to all of them having the time of my sodding life!! waaaay more than 2!!! who agrees????? x

Yeah they went down well, i wish i wasn't so pissed by the time they went on but they were great. The guy who gave them 2 k's is a dogs knob who probably didn't even see them from the backstage bar. He also said most people weren't in to them but not from where i was standing..

Yeah i was paying £3.50 per pint of cider and it was tasty. I never knew until the next day that they were paying 20p for every paper cup you brought back. One guy brought back £170 worth of cups. They are a great band live when they leave all the steve perry ballads out.
