I have to comment. how can you compare Lateef to Mestre Marcelo? That title "Mestre" didn't come out of the air...and the reason they chose Mestre Marcelo is because he CAN do the movements...but even so...that is a moot point, there are GREAT capoeiristas who will never perform a backflip ....why? because a flip or some other 'floreio' movement, is not the definition of capoeira...it's expression, and when a respected mestre like Marcelo is compared to Lateef, u show lack of understanding. axe
