Obama is a Socialist. With higher taxes, a bigger gov't and redistributions he will bring socialism to the US and strip us of our freedoms. Socialism is a violation of human rights We have a right to what we earn. His ideas are backward looking, anti-progressive, and have long been discredited throughout history. Socialism has proven to lead to poverty, depreciation in the standard of living, rise of tyranical rule, and lack of innovation. Obama is saying nothing new, read a history book!!

Saying that Rev Jesse Jackson is the prophet is metaphoric. Obama is not our saviour either. We like him, yes. He represents something bigger than himself or the African American community. We are not voting for him to change the entire system, we know he can't.

McCain admitted to compromising his principles to win South Carolina in 2000.He decided not to condemn the flying confederacy flag in the south for fear of angering southern voter.

It makes me sick to see Obama, who has never held a private-sector job in his life, and who was a mere city alderman a few years ago, and who attended a Left-Wing Afro-Centric separatist church that spewed racist sermons for 20+ years, and who has surrounded himself with some of the most virulent anti-Jewish radicals in America now dissembling as the all-loving hero to the world. No thanks, we in America will NOT vote for such a man. Thank God, McCain will win.

I always wondered why people would still vote for a republican-after all the wars they have started and all the money they have cost us-when they are in office we lose money our budget is out of control gas prices through the roof-they keep the rich in pocket but the middle class suffers greatly-I do not care who wins but a republican? we already should see their bs coming and avoid 4 more years of it-you have not given Obama a chance yet-cant be worst than Bush can he?

What immenent taxation? have you read the INDEPENDENT reports that says the Obama tax plan REDUCES taxes for the vast majority of lower and middle class families and for rich people earning under something like $200,000 a year? Meanwhile the McCain tax plan reduces taxes for the rich and spikes the rest of the American people to pay for it. Just because Democrats have a reputation for increasing taxes, doesn't mean they always do. Yet more Republican scare tactics. GET THE FACTS BEFORE VOTING

Did you even watch the video, he's actually disproving the idiotic point you think you're making now by saying he as well as Hillary Clinton are viable candidates? No one on stage is "nervous" because as he said Barack isn't there to solve all race issues, although he is a sign of forward progress regarding that issue, he will be the steward of a nation, not a race. Racism and discrimination won't magically disappear when he's elected.

I'm a black american and I actually don't support either candidate. I think people shoud vote for a candidate based on where they stand on the issues that affect them. Not because they're black or white, republican or democrat, male or female. I believe if they held a presidential election without us knowing the candidates race, sex, or political party we would be suprised who we would vote for.

I'm a black american and I actually don't support either candidate. I think people shoud vote for a candidate based on where they stand on the issues that affect them. Not because they're black or white, republican or democrat, male or female. I normally have the utmost respect for Dyson, but he has totally sold out in this election, talking trash criticizing Hillary for not leaving Bill simply because Hillary criticized Obama for not leaving his church. Wright actually race-baited & character assassinated both Clintons in a politically partisan fashion in a tax exempt church--she had every right to trash Wright & yet barely did. For Dyson to compare a pastor relationship to a marriage shows how intellectually dishonest he has become.
