I used to live on Huakai street 1 street down from managers drive over pass , the location this happened . I heard the shots as i was going up the road. i was at the light 4th car going mauka, later that night i seen the news. I dont see whats wrong on the suspect side. The police threatened him with a gun and he had done nothing wrong. He was just self-defending himself. Then the cop fired at him and he decided to shoot back.
You don't know what you are talking about. Simply carrying a loaded weapon is illegal. The officer had every right to defend himself. The suspect was being pulled over for a traffic stop and the officer had every suspicion to believe that the suspect was carrying a concealed weapon. When he did, the officer was simply trying to defend himself from the suspect. The officer did not threaten the man as you have stated. My suggestion is to review the video again.
The only reason people dont rape your mother, sister, you, kill you for your food, is the knowledge that armed men can be summoned on your behalf. Do not believe because they popped you for a bag, they would not defend you from an armed threat. You are right that all people should try to help themselves, but that is not possible in some situations. I spent 20 years on crime scene/ fire rescue in NYC. Almost all the cops I know are criminals.

I dont see whats wrong on the suspect side. The police threatened him with a gun and he had done nothing wrong. He was just self-defending himself. Then the cop fired at him and he decided to shoot back.

You don't know what you are talking about. Simply carrying a loaded weapon is illegal. The officer had every right to defend himself. The suspect was being pulled over for a traffic stop and the officer had every suspicion to believe that the suspect was carrying a concealed weapon. When he did, the officer was simply trying to defend himself from the suspect. The officer did not threaten the man as you have stated. My suggestion is to review the video again.

The only reason people dont rape your mother, sister, you, kill you for your food, is the knowledge that armed men can be summoned on your behalf. Do not believe because they popped you for a bag, they would not defend you from an armed threat. You are right that all people should try to help themselves, but that is not possible in some situations. If one means to kill you, you will be dead, but many avoid that decision due to police and prison where they put them.
