@ladykws ou don't know much about these so-called court cases. It looks like a court but it's really binding arbitration. The losers does not pay. It even says so in the credits to the show. Read the wikipedia article which says: At the end of each show, the following disclaimer appears:

"Both the plaintiff and the defendant have been paid from a fund for their appearance."

The plaintiff is trying to get a free ride. Like the judge said, you don't continue to live in the apartment for several months while knowing that the landlord is actually the bank. He should have got out of the apartment asap and sue the defendant for the remain of his advance. The bank, meanwhile, being the rightful landlord can sue the plaintiff for the rent collected.

by your logic... it is faster to write down the numbers 725+725.... you cant just see 1450. in my head that is incredibly obvious. as easy as 2+2. i know everybody is not the same when it comes to math, you shouldnt need a calculator for simple addition or multiplication.
