Guys this does work Lol, you have to have good timing, keep trying, that's what I did.

I cloned a couple so far, sometimes it takes long to find the timing.

Make sure that you have a working wireless router. If you don't know what that is then I feel sorry for you but just look it up on Google. They are pretty cheap from many stores like Wal-Mart or Best Buy.

I told you about how many times it spins around. But it varies depending on who's doing it so try to find out how many times it spins before it sends the pokemon off to be traded.

If your cloning a legendary always ask for the exact same pokemon. If it gets traded what do you have to lose? If its not a legendary ask for something that no one would wanna have thats from the nat dex (like pidgey or koffing) and set it to lvl 100 not under lvl 9 (if it trades would u have rather the lvl 9 or the lvl 100)

No it won't it will say the previous save file is corrupted but Pokemon Diamond and Pearl have two built-in save files so if the first one gets corrupted it will load the one that isn't and your game will be fine and not corrupt. I heard that using an AR though will eventually corrupt your game so I don't suggest using it.

When going back on the GTS to see if I have my Pokemon posted there as well as in my pc, I got disconnected and returned to the reception counter. I successfully connected, and when it was checking for trades, the game told me I was dced. Did Nintendo fix the cloning glitch?

Dced is an abbreviation for disconnected. No, they didn't update it, that was just a weird thing that happened. I just cloned a Pokemon, so it still works.

The thing is, you have to shut off the power right at the 8th spin, or one "tick" of the clock before it finishes uploading to the GTS.

Yea but the spin is different for each person and pokemon. I had to turn mine off at as low as 7 spins before and as high as 9 spins. Idk it's weird but I'm glad you got it to work.

Yes it does. Read some of the comments on this video and watch it because it works. You need to have good timing though so I would recommend trying it with a crappy pokemon first to get the timing down and then duplicate the pokemon that you really want because that's what I would do if I wanted to duplicate a good pokemon without risking losing it.

There is timing but it's kinda different for different people. For me it was like around 8 but it might be around 7 and a half for you. It's also somewhat luck. I got mew by trading with people on a live chat. Keep trying is all I can tell you!

You just have to keep on trying. It takes a while to do it. Sometimes it is luck though. Even I can only get it like 2 times out of 10. If you practice you will get it.

You do the same thing with duplicating pokemon except you put an item on it. Other than that the only other way for duplicating items is a cheating device.

No if you do something wrong and it doesn't work all that will happen is that it will not duplicate the pokemon. There might be the blue screen that says the save file is corrupt but don't worry pokemon diamond and pearl has a backup save but even if there is that screen it could still not duplicate it. Just practice it a lot and you will get the hang of it.

I tried that & my file was corrupted & all but There was no Summary. The Clock takes 7.8 Revolutions in my game, so do I have to turn off the game right on 7.8 or before because I turn it off right on 7.5 or 7.6(It is on the left side when I turn it off)

There isn't much to tell you because it's kind of luck. You see, sometimes the time for your pokemon being deposited changes. I would try to aim for 7.7. It took me a while before I got the hang of it. It usually takes me about 2-10 times to duplicate it. I hope this helps!

AnimeKid3434- I was about 2 Feet away from the Router & when I offer Chansey, it takes exactly 8 Revolutions. So I turned it off right at 7.9 & it cloned it!! But then it offers it at 7.3, 7.4, 7.6, in random. But it works at least.

Noitora 22 it actually depends on your connection and the pokemon you're trying to dupicate. It is true that the FIRST save file will be corrupt but it is still fine because Pokemon Diamond and Pearl have two saves. One of them gets corrupted and the other you can use fine. Well it actually depends. Like I said in the other comment, it depends on the pokemon and your connection. What I would do is sit close to my router so I have a full connection, put the pokemon for offer that you want to duplicate (Make sure nobody will trade for it), and see how long it takes for the clock to finish. Then when it gets offered get it back and when you know how long it will take put the pokemon back up for offer and turn it off right before that time. That's all I can tell u!
