Saiyuki is awesome. Mieko Miyazaki is a fearless improviser on the koto, a rare thing as this instrument is traditionally only played in classical music. The new CD Saiyuki is a ground breaking recording with Nguyen Le guitars , Pablo Eduard tablas and Miyazaki koto. Awesome music.
