George famously didn't like being Fab. And Gear was an an expression at the time that something was great. He's taking the p*** but the fact is they WERE the Fab Four and this song IMO shows just how underrated his contribution was to what we call Beatlesque. A great song with a FAB chord structure - which I still struggle to play properly :-)

This was a good time in George's life -- he had the last number one hit from a solo Beatle (Got My Mind Set On You) and was just about to form the Wilburys. Talk about a second coming! This is also one of the coolest videos by any solo Beatle.
