The last spots aren't glitches or jumps. The game has a "Press () to climb thing" for those, and other ones are blocked so IW intentionally put those there.

To get to the spot at 2:25 easy, so you don't die in matchmaking -

1. Climb up nearby ladder, or get on the building that it goes to from the starting spawn on that side of the map.

2. Look back down the ladder. Jump onto the striped awning.

3. Look directly forward and climb onto the sign.

4. Walk in. Ta-da! Done.
