How about the bit from the crater floor to the top of Uhuru? I thought that put the stretch from Arrow Glacier to the floor into perspective. Although I must say it was all steep. Did you sleep in the crater or hit the summit in one go? Once we left Arrow, while it was still dark, we summitted at about 3:30. So no summit sunrise for us. Congrats on making the climb.
