@Newtoonami15 i created admin accounts so i could do what i wanted (programs, websites, ect.). after that, they figured out what i did and somehow locked the single user mode...

it really di WORK!! i created a new admin user and i was able to delete the old admin, without formating the mac, i have the cds that came with it but i did not want to delete all the programs that it had THANKZ i have apple extended care and when i called they did not tell about this
