YUM! I am going to make this in the next few days. I have never seen a cut of meats like that in the states. Do you know what cut I should get that would be comparable here? I didn't see you stuff it. How do you do that?! You rock! 5 stars!
Hi aimenhoodle , Im sorry for the slow reply but major things have happened. The meat is a rib roast. It is also organic although that is not going to make that much difference. It is an expensive way to eat but good to spoil yourself every now and then.
Thank you for the info. I like organic meat alot better. I swear the beef I have bought that is non-organic doesn't taste the same as it did when I was a kid. I hope you are well and that the major things that have happened are positive. 8-)
yum!

The thing can rest on the 3 slices of onion; what's the reason to cover with onions the whole tray?
Thanks!
vadiku 5 years ago
The onions are to have with the roast vadiku, so simply put down enough for everyone , hungry?

Is that like a convection oven? Its LOUD.
It looks SO GOOD. I think you need a better knife, though. :) Ok, gotta figure out what's for Din. ciao

Thanks djdevo, the oven has the option of fan or not, true its a little noisey. Also I have so many knife sets but can you find the one you want?
