Let's say you want to throw the item to the right. You would do the following button combinations: Run right-> C-stick down -> Up-Right diagonal + Z. You have to try to do the following steps quickly in order to get the slide. You could slide all of FD if you use Counter after the Up-Right diagonal+Z. Takes some practice, but once you get it down, makes fighting throwing projectile characters fun.

Not a glide toss, it's DACIT. Ike can't glide toss. DACIT is Dash Attack Cancel Item Toss. Ike has the best DACIT while Link has the second best I believe.

How do you jab cancel so easily? Is there a certain technique? I've been in training mode trying to learn the times to press A without progressing to the next attack. Awesome examples of your cancels 2:16, 3:20, 5:06. Ike isn't my main so I do suck with him, but I'd like to get better.

Do either jusdt the first jab, or the first two, then quickly duck and do the jabs again.

Jab cancelling is not so hard. You're doing it completely wrong :o. In order to Jab cancel, you need to crouch after you press A. So suppose you wanted to jab cancel like Sito did at 2:16, then you would press A then crouch then A then crouch and then so on. Otherwise, you can do AA then crouch then AAA to finish up the combo. Hope that helped.
