I understand this is a tool that will be helping me against my life time weight lost battle, but I have heard that there are people out there who regret getting the operation for different reasons like it was hard to cope; the dramatic changes to your life style, or the changes that you your self have to deal with, complications or god forbid horrible side affects that you have to live with for the rest of your life. You will do it. I was wearing size 18 the beginning of August (3 months post op) and now its only 3 months later..it starts sliding off...especially with plenty of exercise...so running helped me alot. All my stats are on my channel. I think I average about 2 pounds a week.
