we are going back here for a week in March 2010.... we were only here for the day (August 2009) .... queues for the rides were horrendous ... 2 and a half hours plus .... hopefully March will be better .....

Hi, ... a week would be fantastic. We're thinking of going back for Christmas 2010....wow, you were only there for the day, amazing film for such a short time - ouch, those wait times.
A week later queues were less but the trick is to stay in a Disney hotel for the perks, like, exclusive park access from 8am not 10am, Fastpass tickets!

...so, you can get in early, book a popular ride with Fastpass, do two or three big rides before 10am and then when the gates open, and guests stampede (literally) for the rides, you have already booked a ride with you Fastpass.
It is horrendously expensive & you need to really use your time well, and don't forget Disney Studios Park - at least 2 or 3 days worth of magic.
But we still talk about it now, almost every day! That's just the adults, the kids have moved on of course.
