The same way that you dash with most characters. By tapping Foreward and foreward.

That seems to be the old NAC. TENE's gotten better, he even changed his name to DOBUROKU, or something like that.

New Neco-Arc Chaos has demons. Lots and lots of demons.

I think it was the old version of Neco-arc chaos. I've had this character in my MUGEN since '06.

Also, I'm not aware that there was an updated version of the character. I should go do a google search for updates.

Most of the stuff is improv... in the cases of "a scripted battle", there actually is a script involved.
