  • Fantastic.

  • Fantastic.

  • A few years later Chris Hillman founded the Desert Rose Band, Jerry Scheff helped form Southern Pacific, Bernie Leadon joined the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band for about a year then worked as a studio musician in Nashville, and Al Perkins joined Emmylou Harris's group the Nash Ramblers.

  • Fabulous! A real treat for the ears...thanks so much for posting this gem

  • mint job, Chris.....

  • I have two LP´s from this band.

  • I can't stop watching this video! Phenominal stuff! All 4 of these guys are amazing musicians. I plan on going to see Chris with Herb within the next few weeks.

  • It doesn't get any better than this...Hilman + Leadon!

  • This is from at least '83. I remember when TNN first came on the air. I remember being instantly drawn to this show "Fire on The Mountian" Any more from the show? I ALWAYS loved watching folks buck-dance on the show.

  • awsome!

  • 1982? Looks older, maybe not, what a collection of talent!!!

  • Great video. How awesome is Bernie Leadon?! Is this from 1982?

  • I saw Chris, Bernie and Al plus a bass player (Bill Bryson?) playing an all acoustic set at The Half Moon pub Putney, London in about 1982. A really great concert. Of course, it was by going back electric (which the Desert Rose album was apart from "Turn Your Radio On") and forming The Desert Rose Band that Chris had very deserved real success again.

  • great video, thanks !
