One of the reasons DOA was one of my favorite films cause it portrays white women fighting that looks good and sound. Most movies with such fighting going on it looks like they are trying hard and still failing >.< Mortal Kombat franchise? Heck no. Street Fighter? Nope. Tomb Raider franchise? Hell No either.

that's seriously, the worst martial arts movie scene, Ive ever seen. i think this might be even worse then kill bill. O.K. Hollywood ill spell it out for u, considering ur a retard and this is sesame street. Hire a Martial Artist. Have him be particularly a Chinese one. Write a story that doesn't suck, but don't try to revamp already good work. that just makes it watered-down garbage.

I agree, the whole movie was so disappointing. I was really looking foward to watching it, thinking that it would be a classic fighting movie, (hot chicks and blood) like ones you used to get in the old school, but it turned out to be a lame, almost family-friendly, movie. I couldn't even watch it to the end, so I just fast fowarded to see the predictable ending (and all Sarah's bits of course).

The fight scenes in the movie were pretty good. The movie could have been a lot better if they did a better job casting. Sarah as Helena and Holly as Christie were good choices. But the rest of the cast were horrible. I love to play the DOA games, so it was very disappointing to see the choices for the rest of the cast. And most of the fights were more friendly way, not really fights of "Dead or Alive". I liked the Mortal Kombat movie better
