That is to be determined by whatever tribunal in the future. You can be prosecuted, discharged, and jailed for 10 for carrying out perfectly legal orders just as sure as you can be killed for refusing to follow obviously illegal orders.

Watch what happens if anyone points a weapon at my door while beating on it. I really don't think that a badge on their chest makes any difference. One of the 4 weapons safety rules is that you never point at weapon at anything that you do not intend to shoot. The military is not on the citizens side. They consider themselves separate from civilians. They are a brotherhood , like cops are and we are just 'civvies'. I have no doubt whatsoever that the vast majority of those in the military would kill citizens simply for refusing to give up their firearm if the gov decides it's time to do so and they get the orders. @SaltyTech Actually the UCMJ SPECIFICALLY states that "illegal orders" should not be carried out. The problem with it is that almost no order is illegal at the time it is uttered. That is to be determined by whatever tribunal in the future. You can be prosecuted, discharged, and jailed for 10 for carrying out perfectly legal orders just as sure as you can be killed for refusing to follow obviously illegal orders.
Lesson: DON'T BE IN THE MILITARY. You'll know when you need to fight, I think.

not only the 2st amendment violated the 3rd and the 4th amendment violated, what the fuck, what happened to the bill of rights and what happened to living in a free country that day, insted of protecting are freedom these assholes turn around and betray us, who they think they are hitlers nazi thugs, I dont care they where following orders they know it was wrong they didnt have to obay it in the begin with, this is an example of tyranny and the people should have fought back with there guns.

It should be uncomfortable when you are breaking the constitution..eh? Taking guns like that is always 100% illegal. I'm glad I wasn't in New Orleans, they would have had to use deadly force to pry my AR-15 out of my hands.

They did not pull that in Mississippi. We carried our guns after Katrina and nobody(police or national guardsmen).

I feel ashamed that I once fell into the psy-op that guns were the problem... it's criminal governance... the craziest possibility of course is that all of this has been fabricated... the dots connect in horrifying fashion... HAARP and/or blow up levees -> Katrina -> Martial Law -> confiscate all the weapons you can -> prepare FEMA camps -> another (artificial) disaster -> another Martial Law -> (rebellious) people easily rounded up for one-way tickets to FEMA camps.

Whats the fucking point of having a home defense weapon if its going to be unconscionably taken from you when its security is needed most?
