  • Haha so easy!

    Foppa is the king

  • Peter forberg äger & modo hockey.... vad sägs som hans comeback

  • Han säger Peter Forsberg...Corey Hirsch. För övrigt kommer Arne från Göteborg så klanka inte ner på Stockholm :)

  • forsberg rules best hockey player eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever

  • i wouldnt go that far but he is amazing. he would be so great if it wasnt for his damn foot.

  • Vad säger Arne??? Säger han: "Peter Forsberg.. och det hörs". Eller säger han: "Peter Forsberg.. och det är Hirsch"??? jädra stockholms dialekt..

  • i think the golie was canadian

  • Corey Hirsch

  • hes the king of that move

  • Classic Forsberg...LOVE IT!

  • Respect!

  • just lock at the goal its awsome

  • That is in 94 sweden canada in the olympic Final..

    it is sooooooo nice

  • lol n00b

  • No, Jussi Jokinen does it just like Forsberg.

Who did it just like Kenta Nilsson

  • well its the same like release of the puck but Jokinen starts off from the right and basically stick hands back in forth when forsberg fakes a shot

  • its a forsberg original

  • i tried that move he did in hockey once it was hard because i wasnt on ice

  • I love lillehammer.

  • Hey guys, I've met Forsberg this week. He's really shy!

  • where did ya meat him...and how, i met him at west point. He doesnt talk much

  • yeah i agree forsberg is one of the best, but he is fucking a cheap little rat that complains more than anybody on the ice, great player though just wish his attitude was better

  • there is no way forsberg has anything near a bad attitude. He has the most heart in a player i have ever seen. He hates talking about himself in interviews and he only complains about bad penalties called on his team wich basically every player in the history of the game has done.

  • phhh well we must be watching a different game, i noticed you didnt deny how he plays cheap, as for complaining calls, you obviously dont watch enough of him cause the predators cant get anywhere

  • i didnt deny that he played cheap because i felt u would have to be mentally ill to beleive that. Forsberg in the playoffs this year was playing at 50% because of his foot and he was still one of the best on the team. Forsberg is as great offenesively as he is defensively and is a world class player. If your definiton of cheap is the best hockey player in the world then i agree

  • like my first statement was, i cant deny he is one of the best, i just wish the way he played was better, i respect shittier players who play fair than cheap players, so you can guess how i feel about forsberg

  • You must not watch forsberg very much. Either that or your just stupid

  • yeah i dont get to watch much of him cause he plays on the predators, they wont win anything, i think your just alittle upset someone told you youre allstar is a whiner

  • "Ask Lemieux what makes a perfect player, and he will tell you hands, great vision and heart.

His picks for perfection in those three areas?

"Well, the vision would be Gretz, for sure.

The heart would have to be Forsberg.

And I'll take the hands," he said, laughing.

From an interview with Mario Lemieux in the 2000-01 season.

  • great quote

  • all im hearing from you 2 is "blah blah blah im forsbergs bitch" why dont you guys go marry him you queers, he aint the best he wont win another cup get on with life, as for his heart, has soo much heart he'll do anything to win, including whining and playing cheap

  • Ive never said that he doesn't complain, most of the players do that when they get called for something they didn't do etc. I tend to agree that Forsberg complains a little bit more then most of the players but that is just because he's a winner and would do anything to let his team win.

If you want to talk about a whiner then we can bring up Crosby for example, he may be the best player in the game atm, but he may be the whiniest twat I've ever seen during my lifetime.

  • i totally agree about crosby, he cries like alittle bitch, and i dont like him for that, same with forsberg, i dont care for players that bitch alot, maybe its because i ref hockey and bitching is just useless, there is nothing they say that will change the call, complaining just waste time and makes them look like babies, which they shouldnt be cause their professionals

  • They show emotions and they show that they care. I'd think they are nonchalant if they didn't...

  • Forsberg doesnt whine...he argues calls wich is fine. If a call is questionable and can hurt the team he has every right to argue it, wether or not it is going to be changed if it is a bad call it should be argued

  • yeah im a ref and any ref doesnt argue, in fact arguing with a ref is retarded taht any nhl player knows, the only thing they can do is complain, which he does, refs never change their call, not once has anyone seen a call changed, so there is no point to complain either, you may tell him your view but thats the best thing, and i know he doesnt do that

  • if you call a penalty that doesnt make any sense than it is good to argue a call. Telling the ref your view on the call is good too but if it is a bad call that hurts your team than it is good to argue the call. If you were a hockey player and a ref called a high sticking penalty on you and you didnt do anything than you would argue the call because it was a terrible. If it is a terrible penalty call than you have to argue it

  • well any good ref would tell the player that from his point of view he saw the stick come up, theres not much to argue from that, he could tell him to ask his partner what he saw but saying i didnt do it blah blah blah is just going to irritate the ref so the smart thing to do would just be to ask, and only ask what he saw, arguing with him and saying no no no i didnt do it your wrong would be dumb

  • yes, all though it wouldnt really do anything to change the call or anything. it shows that u care about ur team and the penalty, if u just dont care and dont argue the call than u can lose the respect of ur teammates. I understand what ur talking about, but i think that arguing a call is good up to a certain point

  • well yeah i just dont like calling it arguing, cause as a ref arguing is the last thing i want to do, disputing sounds better

  • agreed

  • Of course there is a reason for complaining. You can't change the call that just been done BUT you can affect the next call wit it ...

It is the human nature ; )

  • eh to a certain point, for professionals i dont think it matters to them that much, you get to a point where complaining more just pisses you off and wants to make more calls against those who complain, but then again theyre professionals so i dont think complaining would sway their opinions on the next call at all, but definitly in more lower class games/refs it can sway their opinion in the next call

  • As for playing cheap, sure, it happens... he has a hot temper and he is at his best when he is mad. People can call Forsberg cheap as much as they want, but he has never, and never will, give half as much crap that he has taken through the years...

  • Forsberg is awesome he doesnt wine, anyone who knows anything about hockey knows that

  • legendary

  • very few can say they've scored like that. undoubtedly the best shootout goal in history. his anticipation and planning on this shot was absolutely superb. i've never seen such incredible hockey sense, particularly in high pressure situations.

  • amzingg move by 1 of the greatss

  • Forsberg is far away from the best player in the world, and he have never been the best player in the world.. thats it ;)

  • forsberg = god it is that simple.

  • Peter Forsberg is the greatest EVER! ^_^ I love this goal, and I'm ecstatic that he scored it against Team Canada back in the day! Go Sweden!

  • "International hockey game" sounds like a friendly game or something. This was in the Olympic final in Lillehammer in 1994.

  • Foppa är kung!!!!

    Foppa is the king!!

  • Forsberg is amazing and is still the best player in the world. His foot has been terrible this season though. You will see how great he is in the playoffs...he takes it to another level. He may be the best all-around player ever to play the game-hits scores passes. Also that was an awesome goal to win the gold. He tried that againts the Pens but it hit the post. Hopefully he will be back in Philly this July =)

  • whattt a beautyyy!!!!

  • vad fan ska man säga, foppa is the beeest!!!

  • forsberg his 1st time is the best 1h shootout goal

  • jussi jokinen is a copycat, this was an original

  • Actually Forsberg copied that move from a swedish player he saw while he was a kid. Still the best goal in hockey history by the best player in hockey history BAR NONE, and yes that includes Gretsky and Lemieux, no one was is or ever will be as superb as Forsberg all around.

  • Jussi Jokinen does it better.

  • lol

  • the commentators arent very energetic :p

  • but he's been going through so many injuries over the past few years i wouldnt be surprised if he retired at the end of the this season. one of the best ever. definitely up there with messier and gretzky.

  • but he's been going through so many injuries over the past few years i wouldnt be surprised if he retired at the end of the this season. one of the best ever. definitely up there with messier and gretzky.

  • this goal actually won sweden the gold medal. this was the finals in the olympics and this shot decided his teams fate. thats why this shootout goal is very well known. they have him on a stamp in sweden with him scoring this goal on it. he's probably going to be retiring soon. you can tell he's not as great as he use to be. his experience is amazing though. his stick handling and passing skills are superb and he's great at setting up plays.

  • Why does he suck so bad this year though; I have him in the pool. Fuck.

  • From stockholm, Sweden. This is just so ice-cold cool!!

  • and just b4 that goal paul kariya hit the post

  • Forsberg is thee best player !!!!

  • This was his second penalty goal in the Olympic final 1994.

  • amazing! wow

  • That is probably one of the greatest shoot-out goals ever made in hockey. I mean, there are probably a bunch of better looking goals but in a shoot-out in a Olympic Final ?

  • I wonder why he sucks at penatlies these days... He obviously was gerat at it before.. But back then, he was a mean bastards too. I mean, angry, had a temper..

  • He never does that, asshole.

  • What speed and control. I was a bit suprised he didn't take a dive.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xFutovAktQ&search=kummeli that is everything you have to know about sweden

  • oooh poor fins got atacked and sweden dident come to help them buuhuuu dude... mayby we DONT LICKE YOU GUYS.. fucking fin people loose a fucking hockey game.. oh wait, they loose every hockey game against sweden... anyway.. about the ww2.. we dident got atacked and thats it.. norway denmark.. all those countrys wouldent do a shit.. they joust got atacked and we dident.. so f*ck of
