@N4M3RZ Hi, don´t be worry. My dog had a congental heart failure (Medicaments +- 15 Euro/ p. month+examination every 6 month/ Costs in Germany, I am living in Germany).

The suspicion arose because she was coughing and spitting a lot of water. My dog Blanca didn´t need to bee operated.

In age of 16 she had uterine cancer - Total Hysterectomy - +- 1.600 Euro, Cancer came back, because her age, further treatment was not recommanded. Some people recommands to do a hysterectomy when they are young.

@hippochick1 Yes that is a puppy cut. He (the puppy) isn't mine. I was just baby sitting him. He belongs to my friends. I wasn't the one who took him to the groomer. His owners did. So I am not sure about the instruction they gave to the groomer in relation to the hair cut. I would assume though that the hair length was about 3" on the body.
