This has got to be my favorite song in this movie!! Great job in making this video! I could feel his pain as he walked all the way home to Brooklyn.  I especially like the last part where he tells Jackie that he loves her! Chasing after the wrong (and super-vain) woman made him almost miss out on the one he took for granted too many times. Wonderful job!! Thank you!!

John Travolta was better the second time around. This film grows on you.:) It didn't have the cutting drama or humour of Saturday Night Fever but the music and John's good looks I think made up for it.:):)

This part is great but it always makes me laugh. That is a loooong walk from NYC to 86th st Bay Ridge Brooklyn!

i really like this song (one of the really good ones the bee gees had after Fever except for maybe "Too much Heaven") i also like this part of the movie as it connects both Fever and Staying Alive together with Tony going back to Bay Ridge ..realizing that you can never really go back home...that he has to keep going forward and not back into the past..at least thats how i saw it.

I think the reason this film was panned by critics is because it was called a sequel to Saturday Night Fever (imo it wasn't near as good, but not that bad of a film if you see it as a stand-alone film).

@Emmalala123 i agree it wasn't really a sequel but a whole new story....Tony has left Bay Ridge behind and none of the other major characters from Fever has a storyline or appears (except for a cameo by Tony's mother) also i must say although the soundtrack wasn't on par with Fever there are some good songs from the Bee Gees especially this one ..its really too bad that both the Bee Gees and Travolta (to a lesser extent) were caught up in the Disco blacklash of the early 80's

This movie has allways been one of my favourites ... and especially this scene. Everything is perfect: the actors (most of all Cynthia), the pictures and this amazing song (I have ever been a great Bee Gees fan). Even now, after all those years, it touches me so deeply ... no, it toches me even more since it bings back all the memories of my childhood ... the sweet ones as well as the bitter ones (broken hearts) ... hard to hold back the tears !
