Oh in Jet Set Radio the assholes on jetpacks are WORSE. They shoot at you and they have extended shooting time, while they can fly around EVERY where and piss on you when you're trying to do an XL Graffiti. You can't fight back against them either.

It's never played in story boss fights. after clearing the game you have to go back to certain chapters and defeat the blue noise in certain areas. This is the song that plays when you fight the blue noise.

in game advice: unless u got the right pins and unlimited bytes ability, DO NOT fight pi-face(sho) on ultimate. he is too crazy and will kick your ass while saying: SO ZETTA SLOW! if u do make sure your sync rate is 100% and your using joshua(after clear game).

Actually, you can find and face some of the blue noise while still completing hte main campaign, I found the mammoth one relatively early.

Well my friends and I find this song...refreshing? I don't know. I REALLY just don't think it could as a battle theme though =P. On some levels maybe, but I'm not certain.

Maybe more like a background theme. Either way it sounds awesome.

Strangely enough it's a boss theme, but you couldn't tell it's actually well suited for that by just listening. You have to hear it while fighting for it to take effect. It makes the boss fights more tense and menacing. No idea why it has that effect, but it does. My guess is the repeating lyrics draw the fight out, while the actual music adds a hint of despair veil of darkness.
