JM is very happily married and I never read anywhere that he and Tobe seperated and JM and SC have both said that they are like brother and sister (that comes across in their love scenes) and have never DATED.

I thought Nick finding out Sharon's baby was "his" and not Jack's was supposed to make Shick reunite. Instead, he was all about Phyllis. Now it's when they find out "Faith" is alive. Then, it'll be something else. I guess we never know what the future holds, but, fact is, the timeline of Shick's "reunion" keeps getting altered!
Shick have clearly run their course. 10 toxic back and forth cheating years was ENOUGH. Phick deserve more years together. Sharon should get a life beyond Nick.

Sharon loved Jack, if she didn't she wouldn't have fought for their marriage as hard as she did. I know the writers want to negate Sharon's marriage to Jack and make it seem she never love Jack or Brad, but I don't buy it. Sharon didn't divorce Jack because she wanted to, she felt she had no choice. Nick is not Sharon's end all be all, I refuse to accept that. This experience has changed Sharon and she's going to start looking at things differently, Jack may be on of those things.

ICAM, at first I enjoyed KSJ and Tyra's onscreen chemistry but then she became more sluttly, so as of now they need to get rid more people that they have added on canvas, and re-introduce the people they have back-burned like KSJ & Olivia. I enjoyed KSJ/EM chemistry at first, too, but agree that Tyra became slutty, which pissed me off, and then was let go. I read that Malcolm is being recast; I just hope the recast is EYE CANDY and can ACT because again, the Winters family needs to be seen; I'm tired of seeing Lily. I used to like Lane, but their relationship has become stagnant and blah, so DS as Lily paired with Billy A. or Devon. lol

No that is not what I meant, Lane is fine, just should be written more with better storylines, instead of bland and depressing hardships. It is not a good look for her to be pained and depressed as a newlywed to her husband Cane. They are a good couple, and are great, but they are not being written as they once were under LML IMHO.
I will answer that, Cane & Lily are a great couple, interracial is great, but what we were discussing is how they have been poorly written. LML Lily & Cane were very spunky & had great s/ls as a couple, now under MAB they are being written more depressingly and pained. Would like to see Lily be more spunky & the suggestion of another guy was the option for spunk, but Lane is great, just need to be written better & lees dark & pained. Lily has cancer so now we have to wait for a positive resolve.
They only had one storyline under LML. And I don't think they are being poorly written at all. IMO, LML kind of had them in a time loop. Its almost like she didn't know what she wanted to do with them. And the only reason Lane came about because they decided to nix the whole Devon Lily thing. MAB deepened the relationship.
Right now they are the only thing being well written. I know in soapland couples don't last forever. But Lily JUST married Cane and people ALREADY trying to stick her with someone else.
BTW, the whole show is being written that way. Obviously you haven't heard the newest spoiler regarding Lane.
Under LML Lane was more spunky and they had fun storylines of secrete Valentine get together at the GCAC, and romantic dinners at Indigo. I just thought they were written alittle more livlier under LML than MAB, that is MHO. IMO MAB has made them moody & pained. Cane became dishonest, but recovered and Lily is now written stricken w/ cancer, all I am saying is LML it was more alive for Lane. As for whats ahead, Lane are getting re-married, but again just my opinion on the writing for Lane.
The Valentine's thing wasn't under LML. And neither were those dates at Indigo. MAB made them more realistic. Where as they do go through hardships there were a lot of fun times. Cane was always dishonest. MAB just brought back a storyline that LML dropped and never explained.

I agree that MAB has brought Lane into a new "era" but I HATE the cancer s/l and honestly, would like to see Lily BLISFFULLY HAPPY in her marriage/life instead of always being shafted, JMHO.
I thought this clip of Shick was great. They showed a quality of an understanding of what it means to be comfortable to greive together in rememberance of their losses. Their glancing over at the area of the floor of the cabin they had made love on seperate occasions was interesting seemed as though both wanted to go there again, but resisted, yet Nick seemed hesistant to leave as she walked.
I totally agree I actually enjoyed this scene. You could see that Nick wanted to comfort Sharon. But now Sharon is not accepting it all. This is her becoming a stronger person. Also in this clip you see Nick realizing that his relationship with Sharon has finally changed. You know after they first got divorced Sharon was angry and hurt. So their relationship was damaged but through time it repaired itself enough to where they almost reconciled. Now they both need time to heal.
As a Phick fan, I will co-sign to some of this post. I think Nick was sad because Sharon has let go and will finally move on from him. Men are funny. They like to think that women they've loved will always love them. Nick has realized that the relationship has changed. It's bittersweet. Because even though he needs the break to really be a good husband and father, he still loves Sharon--always will.
But I gotta say, I'm glad this story arc is over.
Phick has a much worse marriage because Nick is in love with another woman other than his current wife, and he has not once apologized to Phyllis for straying as he did with his ex, so in that regard Phick has much more chaos to deal with & it does not sound like closure for Shick, because they are in love & have a baby they do not know is alive, and the way they acted attracted in the cabin still remains to be seen here, JMHO.
I really feel cheated not seeing an actual scene when they spread the baby's ashes. That could have been so powerful. I've had to sit through some dreadful scenes over the past few months (like Phick's renewal ceremony and the Billy/Mac s/l) and the writers have shafted us of some quality scenes. Damn you, writers!!!!

Yes, the fantasy aspect of them remembering their love making was interesting, and it showed that they still have feelings, yet did not act but resisted temptation, since they were both in the place that they conceived Faith. Interesting, yet sexy scene there. lol
I'm quite sure the scene was not meant to be a "sexy scene" or to show that they still have feelings. The writers have a different INTENT, not to be seen now. I find it pretty parodical that the show has them actually throwing the ashes out at the Abbott cabin. I tried to shake my head at the boldness of it all while the Abbotts are grieving Colleen but then I thought, heck, just another chess piece being lined up. Few months from now, we shall have "checkmate" I imagine.
Ok, whatever you say and think is fine by me. :-) I don't mind waiting for my SURPRISE as the writers move the pawns around LOL!! Adam is not family, but i bet by the end of the year Sharon will be on to her 2nd set of brothers to sex up.
And yeah the 7.6 months is what it is, but we all saw the WTD story unfold onscreen, from the end of April for like 2 months Sharon was on her back with three different men and thas when the baby was concieved, they just sorased her pregnancy to match up with Ashleys

MS's baby will be born during the Christmas break when the whole show is OFF, but she will not be missing ANY TIME from the show, I am sure she already has a nanny hired to watch her little precious baby girl in her dressing room. A lot of other female soap stars have done the same thing!!

Based on the love scene they showed, that must have been when little Faith was conceived, which is what I thought all along. That means, there was NO way Billy or Jack could have been the daddy, b/c she wasn't with either of them after her and Nick did the deed (shown in this flashback) in April...That makes little Faith around 7 months, which is what they said...She's a preemie.
When Sharon gave birth she told the doctor she was 7.5 months along. So yeah, that puts her date of conception in February when her and Nick first go together at the cabin. The 3 way WTD was a bunch of bs, and just made the writers look stupid since they blew it out of the water with making Sharon way further along than she was supposed to be.
If she was 7.5 months along, why is this baby not a preemie, hooked up to a machine? I don't get it. Why have Sharon say she is that far along, only to show the baby full term.

This is one thing we agree on. Just like we're supposed to believe that Ashley is suddenly sane and actually believes she gave birth without questioning why she's not in pain, has not had any kind of examination, and how blind Adam could give birth to her child with no medical assistance. I will believe Sharon has moved on when she stops letting Nick drive her crazy (literally) and quits moping over old 1990's memories.
JM and SC's scenes have zero emotional punch. I'm kinda surprised but maybe they are tired of the same Shick stuff, too. It is so strange but has been a constant throughout the last year Shick has been forced upon us.
Phick fans find Sharon more interesting than they do their couple. They hate Sharon more than they love Phick. Even when Phick has scenes together it always boiled right back down to Sharon. I remember on the MBs Phick recommitted and who the main topic of conversation? SHARON. It's Sharon's world and all these little squirrels want a nut from it.

Personally I like that Sharon was at the ceremon, dont remember the MBs talking about her then, but we def enjoyed what was said in front of her. I am sure when SC is off for three months Phick will be front and center and not talking bout Sharon, unlike when MSwas off and Shick got backburnered and all they did was talk about Phyllis and Victor LMAO!

nah it was all bout shaorn up in Phicks house bringing her problems to them, but we didnt see any Sick, not while Vicki was in a coma, not wheTGVN fired Nicknot while Phyllis was in jail....oh wait thats right thats when sharon invited herself to the prison and got to hear nic profess his love for phyllis. see how Phick had manystories going including Shack, unlike Shick who has had one stor, Phyllis and Cassie, Casie brings them togethr, Phylis teras them apar LOL
Sharon went to Phick's house to pick up Noah and got stuck in the house with Nick because of the snowstorm. Because Noah told Nick that Sharon was leaving Jack, Sharon divulged to Nick that she was leaving Jack. Sharon obviously didn't want to leave Jack and Nick could see that and told her to give Jack another chance. When Victor fired Nick that's when Phick and Shack teamed up and Sharon came up with the idea of a magazine and Phyllis started becoming jealous of Sharon.
Then because Sharon kept turning down Nick's advances and told him to go back to his wife what choice did Nick have but to go back to Phyllis? Sharon wasn't an option. It's because of Sharon Phick are together, it's pathetic.

JM is very happily married and I never read anywhere that he and Tobe seperated and JM and SC have both said that they are like brother and sister (that comes across in their love scenes) and have never DATED.

I thought Nick finding out Sharon's baby was "his" and not Jack's was supposed to make Shick reunite. Instead, he was all about Phyllis. Now it's when they find out "Faith" is alive. Then, it'll be something else. I guess we never know what the future holds, but, fact is, the timeline of Shick's "reunion" keeps getting altered!

Sharon loved Jack, if she didn't she wouldn't have fought for their marriage as hard as she did. I know the writers want to negate Sharon's marriage to Jack and make it seem she never love Jack or Brad, but I don't buy it. Sharon didn't divorce Jack because she wanted to, she felt she had no choice. Nick is not Sharon's end all be all, I refuse to accept that. This experience has changed Sharon and she's going to start looking at things differently, Jack may be on of those things.

ICAM, at first I enjoyed KSJ and Tyra's onscreen chemistry but then she became more sluttly, so as of now they need to get rid more people that they have added on canvas, and re-introduce the people they have back-burned like KSJ & Olivia. Malcolm or Shemar is said to be doing prime time so, I doubt that he would want an under-pay rate considering where Y&R is now. lol

I enjoyed KSJ/EM chemistry at first, too, but agree that Tyra became slutty, which pissed me off, and then was let go. I read that Malcolm is being recast; I just hope the recast is EYE CANDY and can ACT because again, the Winters family needs to be seen; I'm tired of seeing Lily. I don't even consider her a "Winters" anymore now that she's with Cane.
What would be real drama were if Tyra came back pregnant with Neil's child just when Dru was "found"...talk about FIREWORKS!

Yes, Lily has become bland and blah, I would like to see her in a relationship with a man close to her age like Devon, the TIIC could write Lily have a love affair with Devon (he is her brother by adoption not blood relation! lol) and they could start something up, I would say second choice for me, would be Billy Abbott, but I am a Chilly fan so no. As for Dru, I hope they could negotiate VR coming back, but she has issues backstage with MS, PB, KS, so I am not so sure, but recast of course.

I agree, VR being brought back, she could just do scenes with the Winters family and maybe Sharon and some of her clan, since they were friends and she had not had any reported concerns and or problems with SC oor some of the Newman clan on canvas backstage. She could just interact with those mentioned people. KS could be recasted for DS because she had spunk like VR & SM. I used to like Lane, but their relationship has become stagnant and blah, so DS as Lily paired with Billy A. or Devon. lol

I will answer that, Cane & Lily are a great couple, interracial is great, but what we were discussing is how they have been poorly written. LML Lily & Cane were very spunky & had great s/ls as a couple, now under MAB they are being written more depressingly and pained. Would like to see Lily be more spunky & the suggestion of another guy was the option for spunk, but Lane is great, just need to be written better & lees dark & pained. Lily has cancer so now we have to wait for a positive resolve.

They only had one storyline under LML. And I don't think they are being poorly written at all. IMO, LML kind of had them in a time loop. Its almost like she didn't know what she wanted to do with them. And the only reason Lane came about because they decided to nix the whole Devon Lily thing. MAB deepened the relationship.

Under LML Lane was more spunky and they had fun storylines of secrete Valentine get together at the GCAC, and romantic dinners at Indigo. I just thought they were written alittle more livlier under LML than MAB, that is MHO. IMO MAB has made them moody & pained. Cane became dishonest, but recovered and Lily is now written stricken w/ cancer, all I am saying is LML it was more alive for Lane. As for whats ahead, Lane are getting re-married, but again just my opinion on the writing for Lane.

The Valentine's thing wasn't under LML. And neither were those dates at Indigo. MAB made them more realistic. Where as they do go through hardships there were a lot of fun times. Cane was always dishonest. MAB just brought back a storyline that LML dropped and never explained.

Again, my opinion on Lane, they were more fun and spunky, and MAB has made them more depressed and pained, LML from what I can remember was the one to do the Valentine get together at the GCAC because for Lane was their first time with eachother if I am not wrong on that. I wasn't saying that; what I was saying is that I'm tired of Lily being the only WINTERS being shown. I want to see the other Winters family besides Lily. Of course she's still a Winters but she's now an Ashby, too, linked in the "Lane" supercouple, which I like, but what about the other family members?
I agree that MAB has brought Lane into a new "era" but I HATE the cancer s/l and honestly, would like to see Lily BLISFFULLY HAPPY in her marriage/life instead of always being shafted, JMHO.

I thought this clip of Shick was great. They showed a quality of an understanding of what it means to be comfortable to greive together in rememberance of their losses. Their glancing over at the area of the floor of the cabin they had made love on seperate occasions was interesting seemed as though both wanted to go there again, but resisted, yet Nick seemed hesistant to leave as she walked.

I totally agree I actually enjoyed this scene. You could see that Nick wanted to comfort Sharon. But now Sharon is not accepting it all. This is her becoming a stronger person. Also in this clip you see Nick realizing that his relationship with Sharon has finally changed. You know after they first got divorced Sharon was angry and hurt. So their relationship was damaged but through time it repaired itself enough to where they almost reconciled. Now they both need time to heal.

As a Phick fan, I will co-sign to some of this post. I think Nick was sad because Sharon has let go and will finally move on from him. Men are funny. They like to think that women they've loved will always love them. Nick has realized that the relationship has changed. It's bittersweet. Because even though he needs the break to really be a good husband and father, he still loves Sharon--always will.
But I gotta say, I'm glad this story arc is over.

Phick has a much worse marriage because Nick is in love with another woman other than his current wife, and he has not once apologized to Phyllis for straying as he did with his ex, so in that regard Phick has much more chaos to deal with & it does not sound like closure for Shick, because they are in love & have a baby they do not know is alive, and the way they acted attracted in the cabin still remains to be seen here, JMHO.

I really feel cheated not seeing an actual scene when they spread the baby's ashes. That could have been so powerful. I've had to sit through some dreadful scenes over the past few months (like Phick's renewal ceremony and the Billy/Mac s/l) and the writers have shafted us of some quality scenes. Damn you, writers!!!!

I'm quite sure the scene was not meant to be a "sexy scene" or to show that they still have feelings. The writers have a different INTENT, not to be seen now. I find it pretty parodical that the show has them actually throwing the ashes out at the Abbott cabin. I tried to shake my head at the boldness of it all while the Abbotts are grieving Colleen but then I thought, heck, just another chess piece being lined up. Few months from now, we shall have "checkmate" I imagine.

Shack were chilling but sense Phick can't seem to do be interesting on their own they pulled Sharon away from Jack. They wouldn't write for Shack. SC was excited about being paired with DD to do Shad, but no they killed off Brad and Sharon was used for Phick. Then SC said she liked working with BM, but of course it's still about Nick and Phick. If Phick was all that why haven't they had their own s/l?

And yeah the 7.6 months is what it is, but we all saw the WTD story unfold onscreen, from the end of April for like 2 months Sharon was on her back with three different men and thas when the baby was concieved, they just sorased her pregnancy to match up with Ashleys

MS's baby will be born during the Christmas break when the whole show is OFF, but she will not be missing ANY TIME from the show, I am sure she already has a nanny hired to watch her little precious baby girl in her dressing room. A lot of other female soap stars have done the same thing!!

Based on the love scene they showed, that must have been when little Faith was conceived, which is what I thought all along. That means, there was NO way Billy or Jack could have been the daddy, b/c she wasn't with either of them after her and Nick did the deed (shown in this flashback) in April...That makes little Faith around 7 months, which is what they said...She's a preemie.

When Sharon gave birth she told the doctor she was 7.5 months along. So yeah, that puts her date of conception in February when her and Nick first go together at the cabin. The 3 way WTD was a bunch of bs, and just made the writers look stupid since they blew it out of the water with making Sharon way further along than she was supposed to be.

Sharon went to Phick's house to pick up Noah and got stuck in the house with Nick because of the snowstorm. Because Noah told Nick that Sharon was leaving Jack, Sharon divulged to Nick that she was leaving Jack. Sharon obviously didn't want to leave Jack and Nick could see that and told her to give Jack another chance. When Victor fired Nick that's when Phick and Shack teamed up and Sharon came up with the idea of a magazine and Phyllis started becoming jealous of Sharon.

I was very happy to hear Sharon breathe and say she could get on with her life now. Unfortunately she will never be free! I agree I will always take a strong lovable Sharon over Shick or any coupling any day. I never want to see my girl compromised for a man, couple, or anything else. I am truly a Sharon Fan First, I would rather Nick or whoever else die before I have to watch the bs they did to Sharon ever again.

Hell Bellz.,e-one is wanting to put the final nail on the coffin, this is not over.
