actually the placebo syndrome was referring to the influence that disco music had on the industry at that particular time...easy to come to the conclusion of a drug reference though,as most of their music was conceived in a haze of psychotropic drugs..(this is not my own theory this was told to me directly from the mouth of bootsy himself)
