  • Try that on table with round pockets, I bet you're not that good. Big pockets is for sissies.

  • I like the strokes just would be nice to see them played with the same shot each time with the same angle just so we can see the difference it makes in those angles etc etc

  • @PoolDolphin My opponents love that! haha

  • would love to see the out takes of all these shots

  • @droberts09 The outtakes will be coming out soon as a special edition 7DVD pack ;-)

  • Thats one piledriver.

  • WOW, WELL DONE MATE!! NICE VIDEO, YOU HAVE GOT SOUND SKILLS MY FRIEND....

  • cool video, very good illustration of what you can do with the balls if hit correctly! but i just have something to point out. shouldn't the word 'center' be used instead of 'stun'? since a stun shot is essentially the effect you get off the cue ball (whereby it travels along the tangent line). where you hit it is not necessarily always the same. not a big deal of course, just saying :)

  • @mistletoe88 I agree, center is a better term. Stun is more so English and Australian pool and snooker terminology.

  • Hooo damn

  • I mean good stroke but those are all absolutely impractical shots.

  • @fahq2009 i wouldn't say that. playing rotation games i can see them coming up from time to time.

  • @poolplayer2093 i agree. these shots come in very handy especially when u get onto the wrong side of the ball and u have to create an angle!

  • @fahq2009 actually they are absolutely extremely practical and in my opinion should be a part of ANYBODYS practice routine, SVB practices these...but then again hes not very practical is he, i mean what would the worlds best player know that we dont right? The reason they are so practical is because it doesnt matter who you are or how good you are, everybody makes mistakes and gets out of line or their opponet leaves them something where you have to come with a jam up shot like these to get out

  • 17 Stun draw right is insane... how in the hell did you do that? What kind of tip are you using?

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz Talisman tip, but can do all these shots with any decent tip.

  • What a fabulous stroke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the last 3 shots are amazing ;) really nice

  • bottom right pocket must be fucked haha

  • @dougiepoolable It's still going strong surprisingly. lol

  • shot 23 rules!

what kind of cloth did you use?

  • @filodeusz It was actually a pretty slow cloth, the IPT nap cloth that came out for those events. It tends to get grippy on the rails after a while which helps the spin grip.

  • colin what kind of shaft do u use for the BHE ??? low or high def??? what brand pls?

  • @gerardeduard It's a medium deflection shaft and I think it was a talisman layered tip.

  • colin what kind of shaft do u use for the BHE ??? low or high def??? what brand pls?

  • wow. with a stroke like that. i must say u have the 7-out

  • what do they mean with english ? i am a pool fan 8bal i like dont like snooker my brother is as good as you,i am a darter but like pool somuch i download a pool game 4 my 360.in holland we got smal houses so no pool table in the house america most people got 1.and i like poker but not texas hold em all carts in the hand 4 carts back if you show a ace otherwise 3carts the most to chance

  • @takeasied is dat engrish?

  • isso eu f de olho fechado rsrsrsrsrsrsrsr

  • This video is the BOMB! I am so blown away it might take me a couple of days to cogitate and come up with a rational response. Keep it up my man!

  • tht takes real skill 5stars aw yeah

  • 23 was sik

  • its not the clothe its the player that decides where the ball ends up but if you need reasons why the ball is getting so much action well,i will give ya the 8and 9 for 100 a rack down in atlanta georgia at a place called mr qs dont have to look hard to find it a lot of pros play here yall come on down we'll leave the lights on.

  • @crazyyankyisback You must have played at Stockbridge billiards before. Mr Q is quite the legend around here. You must have seen Clint play as well. Heard of Ira? Cant stand the guy, but he can play a good game of pool too. Just in case you didn't know, I live in Atl, Ga.

  • @sandmanatlc i play mostly at Mr QS i played a lot in winder at BRASS RAILS until POPS wife died and he closed." Peanut" plays stock bridge also BILLY T,but they dont get any action there i dont know why lol...

  • @crazyyankyisback Wish I could come there just to have the pleasure of teaching you how to play on real pool tables--ones with round pockets--signed

A good ole Canadian boy LOL!!!

  • @700kotchi I HAVN'T PLAYED ON A FAKE 1 YET LOL

  • name of song?

  • dude that table is sick it looks like a New Edition Brunswick.. with 860 simonis am i right?

  • sick!!

  • Fuck you're gettin a lot of action on that table is it 860 simonis?

  • i'm betting 760 or brand new 860

  • amazing, wish i could get such spin and pace in my shots like this.

  • Superb shot-making!

  • bravo

  • last 4 or 5 shots pretty good--NOTE-- you probably wouldnt want to empty out with this guy--he looks like hes played a little LOL

  • i actually love this video. shame about the quality but who cares! cool song too :D LETS GET RETARDED IN HERE! lol

  • very nice...respect.

  • With an open bridge no less. Nicely done.

  • Comment removed

  • Do you use silicone? Pretty shots regardless.

  • Great control and stroke!

  • muy buen video y buena cancion

  • You made that look so easy lol

    good job

  • nice table

nice stroke one of the best iv seen

  • Nice! What cloth is this?

  • U have a great smooth stroke i am still try to generate that much follo i can only do it a bit for some positon shots but not the ay u follow it its like its a car goos stuff u give me motavation to try these shots ty

  • WOOOOHOOOOO!1

  • were do I find your video on backhand English

  • i try doing this.. its hard lol

  • These are impressive shots, but don't think you can duplicate them on just any table. You have to have the correct cue-ball, the correct cue-tip, the correct stroke, and most importantly, the correct cloth. Get your table re-covered with Simonis 860 if you want to be able to duplicate these stroke shots.

  • Oh my god you so have no idea what your talking about

  • nice floor

  • if you like this sort of shiz, type Carimbolo and prepared to believe that it is fake, because it isnt. its amazing and you should watch it NOW!!

    lol

  • awesome stroke bud ! Are you using a straight stroke or backhand English ? we used to call it inside out or outside in back in the 60s. Some people think its a new invention. I overheard about it from Jim Rempe back then

  • Some of these are done by feel, but others are sighted using aim & pivot or Back Hand English. I use BHE almost exclusively now but it takes a while to learn for a wide range of shot types.

  • jesus, i love the sound of ball being struck with such a power :)

    2:05 - great!

  • J.E.S.U.S.

  • nice cue power dude!

  • In the shots, is he describing where he is hitting the cue ball to make each shot?

  • i play enough pool to appreciate how hard it is to make most of those shot. GREAT STROKE

what kind of cur/shaft do u play with???

  • To be fair its impresive If hes making each of these with his 1st or even second atempt, but i dont think theres a single shot there that would take me more than 4/5 attempts to play maximum, so if hes just trying them over and over its not that impressive. Still a good demonstration of spin and a nice amount of cue power none the less though.

  • well played but..why u prove with this? that u can pot 2 balls with 1 shot? the second ball was always almost in the pocket so u could pot it with the second shot..without too much efort

  • mihicolda:

How many times have you had a shot you could make, but had absolutely no idea how to get shape for the next shot? This video demonstrates the ability to use top, draw, and english to move the cue ball where it normally wouldn't go.

Pocketing balls is the just first part of developing your pool game. What separates the good players from the schlubs is cue ball control after the shot.

  • yes man, i understand what u said, but the second ball is almost in the pocket ! so if u pot the first ball, the second you will make it without any problems

  • @bushputz That's why I like 8 ball so much because a game of 8 ball will make any professional cue ball control 9 ball master and make them look pretty ordinary. Just look when Efren Reyes played that televised 8 ball championship pool show and Mike Segal pointed that out.

  • opppps my bad i didnt want to send that

    its my bad every body!

  • fantastic shots man !!!!!

i have never seen anything like that before

fuck you motherfucker faet ass punk ass nigga

  • dude shot 17 was sick man hell of a stroke

  • How fucking thick are you!?

  • Yep, totally fell for that one though didn't you Sherlock! ;)

  • ncie efing shots man!

  • You're awesome man!

  • I bet you can't do that in a real game.

  • How much does that table costs?:)

  • magnets under the table and metal in the balls.

  • hahaha you dumb fuck. Thats the stupidest thing iv ever heard hahaha dick head

  • Magnets in your head and heavy metals in your diet

  • well these are some great shots in term of potting the ball. Although these are low% shots and you don't have to play them at a professional(not only) game often. Finally one more time I have to admit you've done a great job

  • wat type tip..u have on that stick? and the type of stick?

  • Great shot making.

  • These shots are all really hard. It's awesome that you can do them!! ...But it is english that you are using, no stroke

  • you need a good stroke with a good follow thru to apply that much english to a cue ball. duh.

  • I didn't notice you were not taking a warm up stroke ...do you just get down on the balls and 1 stroke or is it edited out?

  • im sure it's edited out.

  • nice stroke shots ....

  • Very impressive. I like your cue ball control. I need to work on my stroke for better english. What shaft do you use. Was also wondering if you have ever seen the non-masse shot where the cue ball does not strike a rail or ball and is overcome with draw and comes back like a yo-yo? Do you have any idea how that is done because i dont, i can only get it to stop in mid roll.

  • good video, i'd love a set of vids showing how you play each shot, showing the aiming off and such.

  • hats off!! many people hav a pool table but dn realy kno how to work their game!! u r just perfect

  • Colin, this is a Fantastic video! Can you tell me how you developed this stroke? I have tried it at home but cannot seem to duplicate it. Can you give me some more details like you did on your Power Break Video which has help my breaking tremendously? I like the action you get on the cue ball to make it do those awesome curves and that is what I am looking for. Thank you and keep up the good work.

  • Maybe the video I have on Back Hand English will give you some tips on how to play power shots with lots of english.

Other than that, it helps if you hit lots of hard shots :)

  • Simonis 860?

  • Actually, I'm pretty sure I did that on the IPT cloth which is quite slow.

The cloth had been on the table a few months and with the humidity had become quite grippy. Hence the CB gripped the rails pretty well with spin.

  • good job, nice footage

  • awesome

  • hmmmm... i think ur amazing

  • awesome dude. subcsribe to my pool videos 2!

  • Damn son! Very well done video in addition to incredible shotmaking and being instructional at the same time. Even good music. 5* hats off

  • you gotta teach us some of these shots man

  • That poor bottom right corner pocket, it must be totally worn out by now...

  • great mastery of some difficult stroke shots.

Keep up the great work, thanks. All you knockers out there need to pipe down. These are tough shots for anybody and the only way to make some of them is with the Backhand or inside out english in his other video.

  • awesome shots

  • nice, enjoy watching...

  • only god knows how many times you shot before making those "BALLS" LOL

  • nice, i havnt seen most of these shots before, and you did really well on them too, and good music XD

    easy 5 star

  • the table looks full size, idunno ive seen alot of bar tabels and there smaller than that

  • with open bridge too? nice.

    what size table is that?

  • CHECK OUT MY POOL TRCKSHOT VIDEO 1!!!

  • what song is this?

  • wow ur good at stroke shots!! aweome video! i give u a five, o and check out my trickshots too!

  • Purdy Gooood shootin', Tex!

  • are you in boxers? couldnt you have put pants on before you recorded this? just a suggestion.

  • awesome shots. how many attempts u take for each shots ?

  • All up it took me an hour or so. A few of shots took around 10 attempts, most I got within 3 attempts.

  • Awesome cue power but you americans dont know how lucky you are with those 9ball tables. Massive bags compared to our UK 8ball tables. Half those shots arent possible on our tables becasue the balls are lighter for a start and the cushions just absorb all the spin and power.

  • Hey Kriss, Actually I'm an Aussie with a UK 8ball background. What you say is right and that's part of the reason I prefer playing on the US tables. It allows a wider range of shots and more aggressive play :-)

  • now that's called cue action!

    nice, dude!

  • nice power stroke.

  • with those shots practised i doubt u scratch much anymore. crisp clean hitting mate

  • great shots hope to see more

  • Very impressive my friend. You are one player I would like to play but will probably end up losing to.

Will be looking for other videos from you in the future.

  • awesome display of power hitting.

  • Thanks HeiLongJiangBoy :-)

    Glad you enjoyed it!

  • These shots can give viewers who are not so familiar with pool, to see the various ways players can control the Cue Ball from different angles.

  • hi there just curious what cloth u use on ur table?

  • That was on the IPT Gorina Nap cloth, which plays quite slow, especially after it has been on the table in a humid room for a while.
