  • I think the doc is basing that suggesting on the assumption that no matter what I do the pressure from the winging scapular and inflammation from 47 year old tendons is going to remain.

  • Great! I have a couple of complications: Scoliosis near the top and winged scapula on that side. This may make it impossible to increase the acromial space on that side. Have you heard of anything I can do for that? One doc, because of that, my age and high level of activity suggest shaving surgery. Any special exercises or sources would be appreciated.   • Yes, retracting first increases the sub-acromial space, making it optimal

  • Which grip is better to use for this exercise? palms upward or downard? And how would you keep your balance doing this if you're standing?

  • The bike one feels so much better than the regular one. I'll have to try with pulling the scapula back first aswell. Which one do you prefer?
