  • Great video! You did an awesome job pacing the train, and holding the camera steady. I go to donwtown Acworth a lot to watch the trains and just discovered the road on the other side of the tracks for pacing trains. I caught a Northbound just south of Acworth last night and pulled a U turn just in time to follow it all the way from below the print shop to the old church just past the parking lot in downtown. It was fun. Your video is cool!

  • very cool. i live in acworth and amazes me how long these trains are... especially when you are in the car waiting for them to finish :)

  • This makes an engineer very nervouse when a car runs along side a train

  • What do they worry about? Are they concerned that you might try and beat them at a crossing? I used to park across from the police station in Emerson years ago and wait for trains to watch until a cop followed me when I left and gave me a hard time. I asked him why he was concerned, and he mentioned the T word. I have never been back since for fear of getting in trouble.

  • Awesome job on filming this!
