i cant believe this is how the show ended! Paul was a big part of the show (R.I.P John Ritter) and even though he made the show hilarious, its still pretty funny! I think the show shouldve at least gone on for a few more years! It seems to me the only answer for the ending it had was that the show was cancelled. But its hard to beleive that a show like this could get cancelled...

One of my favorite sitcoms ever. I agree with some of the comments here about the show not being the same w/o John Ritter. Had he lived, it would have gone longer than three seasons. R.I.P. John Ritter
It is so sad that this had to be the last episode but obviously the show wasnt as good without John Ritter,he definatly made the show histerical. I agree wih codename617 that his death was what got the show lower ratings but the show still did pretty good. Thanks for posting all the episodes from all 3 seasons!

I mean, CJ and the grandpa were fine additions to the show but without John Ridder (the dad) it just didn't feel the same. I think he was the one who made the show funny with his paranoia to his daughters dating and his goofiness.
This was a good last episode though, it just leaves you with a cliffhanger to think about how the family goes on with the mom dating again. R.I.P 8 Simple Rules, one of the best sitcoms.

I don't think this was meant to be the last episode. I think they were expecting to have another season, but it got cancelled instead. Obviously.
