Like for so many here, this was one of THE definite games and especially game soundtracks as a kid and I thought, I *need* to have this yellow car SOME DAY. The stuff Amiga had and could do got me into demoscene, creating stuff and eventually setting up a game company. After some hard times I had a bit of luck and some money by porting - what else - an AMIGA game for the iPhone. And guess what.. I bought myself this exact same yellow Lotus Elan. This is a 100% true story! AMIGA = MAGIA.

This track althogh made 18 years ago still sounds incredible comparing any pc,sony,xbox and so on 20+ million budget game.The reason this music and game gives such a feeling is in fact developers and musicians have been doing this more for fun and with true love in their work,not for money.Indeed.From that kind of work you have this masterpiece of music.Incredible.More than a classic.Nowdays musicians could learn a lot from 4 channel,8 bits 7 MHZ machine from that time.Respect.Always.

I like how you watch interviews about say Call Of Duty and they talk about the tech behind the effects of lighting and facial expressions etc and all i'm thinking is who gives a fuck. Amiga didn't do interviews on special effects, they just did it right the first time. The only effect the Amiga had was capturing the hearts of a million video game lovers, we are all gamers. Next Gen consoles took the gamers away into the shit dimension. I LOVE YOU AMIGA !

Programmers had to work for their money back in the day. fitting many more hours of play into a game that could fit on a couple of 3.5" discs... modern games tend to only have a maybe 20hours and you get bored of them so fast ... I spent my childhood on these games.

The visuals where amazing for thier time, this feels me wiv nostalgia, I was only about 5 when I 1st played this we got the Amiga 600 and this came wiv it in the packaging and went on to become possibly my favourite Amiga game in my large collection!

1 of the most fun driving games ever, even to this day! LTC2 simply fuckin rules man!! I want my Amiga back now, can't believe I got rid of it now. :(

You can always get and run WinUAE amiga emulator... it works very good on todays PCs (at least A500/600 emulation), this way I'm still playing Lotus I and II from time to time :)
