Excellent video. I never saw this as I wasn't watching during this time. Just one question. I understand Brent Collins stayed on the show until his untimely passing. How did the show handle his passing? Was his character killed off as well and, if so, how? I assume he was since Cass & Felicia put a picture of him at the bookstore named after him.
I remember Brent Collins as Jonathan Newman on an episode of "The Golden Girls". He was hysterical as well as the ladies. Great actor!
Thank you for the compliment. AW handled Brent's passing by having his character also pass away (off camera). Sadly, it was Cass who found him then had to break the news to Felicia. AW dedicated an entire epi to him & at the end, Linda & Stephen broke character & spoke to the viewers. That episode has recently been uploaded in multiple parts by *veggieburgermeister* or you can find all parts in my YT channel favorites. It's a must see for any AW fan and a Brent Collins fan in particular.
I just finished viewing the Memorial episode. Thanks for filling me in. Is the episode where Cass "finds" him also uploaded somewhere? And I have to tell you it's odd to be viewing episodes where I don't know many of the characters and yet I have a sense of how great that period of AW was.

Wallingford is one of the most beloved soap characters of all time, in my opinion! LOL Brent Collins was a great actor, so sad he left us too soon

As far as I know, that particular epi is not yet available anywhere. The mid 80's to early 90's were my fave AW years and yes, they were awesome!
