Good catch on the abstract linking solar activity with Earthquakes. Many of us intuitive believe it to be true, but scientists refuse to even hypothesis about it. No surprise there.

I would be great to see what sacred cows would be toast based on events scientist hide about the sun, earthquakes, our origins, UFOs, etc...

I think it has to do with not emphasizing the suns role with the earth. They just don't want to admit the sun has such an influence on everything that goes on from earthquakes, global warming, evolutionary leaps... they just want it to be big ball of fire in the sky.

Excellent find. I had posted last night on the LISS (live internet siesmic system) a DOUBLE global event on the same graph! You know how rare having one is, well there were two about 8 hours apart but showing on the graph at the same time. Looked to be correlating with the CME's. This video just cements it completely. Awesome.

ive been watching solar activity , seismic activity etc always looking for correlations, there is no correlation between Eqs and cme's , however there is correlation between strong winds and goemagnetic storms in the northern hemosphiere.

@diddy00777 There is a definate correlation between CME's and EQ's I have been observing these patterns for over a year now. However not all CME's result in EQ's and there is another particle at play that they don't understand.

@jaaacque09 not to mention the "Central Sun" is energizing our Sun (possibly thru some kinda vortex), you will notice CME's directed away from Earth, especially M & X class flares (dependent on velocity) have an instant earthquake activating affect, the CME's directed at Earth I am feeling are for us & upgrading our conscious minds & is what the 2012 evolution is all about, I have actually been buzzing all day from the CME photons streaming in now.... :)

UPDATE: Suspicious0beservers have just informed me this article and paper is from 1967! So they have known about it since then, can you imagine the technology they would have now? They know exactly what is going on with the Sun and our planet and they are just winging it and suppressing it because they have no way to explain to the masses what's going on. Sly bastards!

earthquakes usually occur when the pressure deplets in a solar storm, barcoller on u tube uses this to predict them. He also has a channel called solarwatcher. but yes the sun causes earthquakes fact.

Although there is a plausible connection between CME's and earthquakes, why should nasa warn people? And what should people do, evacuate? And then you will see an earthquake in an unsuspected location. Fear is a bad vibration.

@krijst Are you serious? Why should they warn people? Well maybe if you lived in Christchurch or Japan you wouldn't ask that. Do you realise there was an X class flare the day before the big Japan quake?...please listen again to the part that mentions they can predict the relative area the quake may occur. Information is empowerment, ignorance is fear.

@krijst I agree they can't predict where the next earthquake is but they do know where the seismically active zones are and I can tell you if you lived in an earthquake prone area you would want to know when we have a significant CME. Just having an awareness to the possibility of these events will mean the life or death of many, This report was actually done in 1967 so can you imagine the technology they would have now to observe these events...so what else aren't they telling us?
