well i hate to burst your bubble about the glitch being fixed because recently ive seen many people sledding around. theres another way of doing it now but i doubt anyone with make a guide that actually fucking works anymore. the new vids are just of out dated glitches and how to do them before they were fixed.

There was another way to do the sled glitch, but the sled showed. You go to the area where you ride the sled, get on it, and tele to daemonheim usin the ring of kinship. It doesnt work anymore though. :(
