The detailed daily routine is one of the best! Personally, I think the more details and specifics the more interested the audience... well at least for me. I recently added in 10 pushups first thing in the morning and 10 before bed. It's not the fact that I am doing 'x' pushups per day, but rather the consistency of doing the same thing everyday. Great stuff guys. Have been learning lots from you two!

Deleting emails is so much easier and more fun on the iphone. Agreed!
Visual triggers work the other way too. If you intentionally keep walking by something you need to do, like a pile of laundry... it'll wear on you and make you feel lazy.
Oh, and a video on fat Sumo reflection that isn't full of motivational BS would be awesome.
The idea of systemizing breakfast and lunch, etc, to reduce wasted thinking and to save that focus for more important stuff was awesome. As well as the point about being proactive versus reactive.
On the driving/traffic problem, they can shift their schedule. If they leave 2 hours earlier and go home 2 hours earlier, they would miss most of the traffic. Or shift the other way, but most managers object to 2 hours later.
