  • @PrincessSaenz youv`e spelt favor wrong you spell it favour.

Im sorry if you think I was insulting you I diden`t mean to. I wasen`t using it as an offence against you. Sorry if you are offended

    So so sorry

    :(

  • Why cant we argue if u can argue then why cant we?

Because your POLICE!!! You think u have authority but you don't

and why should we call u sir? Idiots

  • If your innocent, then why are you being pulled over. It is your best strategy to tell the cop that you are not making use of the license if you are not driving in a commercial manner.

Never ever admit doing anything wrong. When you are pulled over, you are basically in court, do not help the cops with their B.S. case.

  • This is terrible advice. All of it. Obviously don't argue, but you also don't even have to say a word to them.

  • oh yeah its on tape? how bout when the cop does something wrong and it doesnt show up in court

  • @calscott1 Or just don't break the law...

  • @calscott1

No, that's why he said the burden is on the officer to prove your guilt. You are innocent until proven guilty.

  • @calscott1

Yes... Typically a Jury is going to believe a member of law enforcement 'first'. I would think it is because they represent the law, and citizens would like to believe they are angels. Even members of law enforcement are humans, and make mistakes. They also break the law. In some cases they have been charged with very serious crimes. One story reads - Christopher Kent Bowersox, charged with child porn - has interest in raping and murdering young boys. I guess the human flaw - exists.

  • I'm fairly disappointed by this cop's “advice” (especially what he says from 1:28)

And don't get me wrong: Yes, it is a good idea to be polite to the Police. But this cop actually tries to inconspicuously sell you the notion that admitting what you're accused of is part of being polite, or even beneficial(!) to you.

No mention of your right to remain silent.

He does mention you're "innocent until proven guilty" but keeps quiet about that you admitting is exactly what he needs for a conviction.

  • This guy lives in a fantasy land

  • @blacknationalsparty he lives in the world hes told exists. the land made up by the government and hes just a pawn in it.

  • I live in a neighborhood where the cops don't need to fufill a quota. Crime is nonexistent and the cops don't bother you for stupid things. But the neighborhood that I work in has cops that will pull you over for going 5 over the limit. Is that ensuring public safety? No freakin way.

  • Everyone, when you get pulled over, just play death! FEIGN DEATH! The officers will get confused and leave u alone after max 10 min! Try this at home.

  • enforcing his illegally ordained power trip. JUST DON'T SAY ANYTHING!!!!

Everything he needs to know is on your liscense! Just sign and leave...

  • "Tell the officer if you say I did it I guess I did." - IOW admit guilt whether you did anything or not. Think this guy is really giving you advice to help YOU?

Research soveriegn citizenship and learn why almost everything this officer says to do is harming you, (including giving him a drivers license and registration and allowing him to search your vehicle). The only thing here that is true is you should be polite to the officer.

  • Police do not care about us. They care about writing tickets and earning revenue. end of story.

  • @calscott1 that basically sums it up; welcome to the police state... the other great thing; in most states; speeding tickets are considered civil not criminal... Which basically means you are guilty until proven innocence... As the burden of proof required for the plaintiff to win is much lower (typically just the officer's testimony). The only thing you can do is be as nice as possible and record every detail about the stop to provide to your lawyer.

  • well! maybe it's worth to have some fresh donuts in the car,.. this had works in the past.

  • yea how dumb is that, i got arrested for ding dong ditching, just got home! cops are garbage, and think they are better than everyone else because they have a badge and a gun! they waste their time catching ding dong ditchers. and not getting the people causing the real trouble like murderers and rapists! cops are so over powered! they think they rule this world!

  • Tell the officer: "I probably screwed up. If you say i did it, i did it"

Do we also have to lick the officer's shoes.

  • This coming out from a cop's mouth, he's basically saying "Don't argue, because there's nothing you can say to prove me wrong, even if we are wrong we won't admit it, so we win anyway"

  • Local Police Is the most corrupt form of government in the united states.

  • He looks like the tip of my cock

  • @darkwindow31

really? he doesnt look like a pinhead to me.

    (just joking)

  • He thinks he would get a million views haaaaaaa!!!!! I can't believe u got this far lol

  • @calscott1 they have to regulate a PRIVILEGE. You have a PRIVILEGE to drive a car. When you use this PRIVILEGE you give up certain rights.

  • Cops are chill trust me, it all depends on what mood there in.

  • driver's legal plan

  • THIS GUY LOOKS JUST LIKE VIN DIESEL

  • why should i be cooperative if pulled over for no reason. I was pulled over last night for having out of state plates. The officer was nice but had no reason to pull me over. He even told me that my driving was wonderful. Clearly I was profiled because I was driving an expensive SUV in a low income area. Human rights? Well, keep telling yourselves that....

  • @tru420weedhead Me neither. Its such not a good idea to argue with a cop when pull a driver over.I heard that sometimes cop asks the drivers why the driver was so fast, tailgating, why did the driver blew the stop sign or the red lights, etc.,even with the pulled over driver's right to shut up.

  • Tell them you are a sovereign citizen. Then drive off.

  • and i promise you i did win the argument. save both of us a day in court.

    cheers!

  • I love that he says @ 1:05 "one way or another". Wtf does that mean, lol

  • innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, but on the scene you are considered guilty and there will be no discussion. officer has to go to court that day anyway and he wants to screw your day up too.

  • innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, but on the scene you are considered guilty and there will be no discussion.

  • Never argue with the officer! There will be your day in court, and with an attorney, who has so much better words than the officer. Unless the public defender's name is Daniel Dietzel.

  • After seeing the comments of THIS? ...I'm never getting a car

  • WRONG PAL

WHEN PEOPLE GO TO COURT TO FIGHT YOUR CASE ,THE GODDAMM JUGES ALL ARE ON THE COPS SIDE, AND THE PROSECUTORS JUST WHANT MONEY EVERY ONE KNOWS THIS THAT"S WHY I JUST PAY MY TICKETS

    AND DON"T EVEN BOTHER

  • Re: 1:25 - That's utter nonsense. You have a right NOT to incriminate yourself.

  • I appreciate what you're doing being a police officer and all.I've been pulled over by a few cops who were really nice and gave me breaks just for being polite and respecting the fact that these people are just doing their job.You are cool man.

  • Why would you call a police officer a sir? Who's the public servant, you or the officer?

  • shut up, your overweight... learn grammer, you need to get a real job.

  • He acts like every traffic ticket goes to court, and court isn't deterred as much as possible.

  • @timg455 do you even know what you are talking about? the only reason it would not go to court is if the person admits to breaking the law and just pays the fine. If you have a problem with the ticket, you have to go to court. kid, dont pretend you know the criminal justice system, because I can already tell you dont.

  • We (citizens) don't get discount for admiting guilt. All we get is convictions. Although he present himself as friendly, this COP is rooting for his own team when he suggest that we incriminate ourselves by saying things like "yeah, I probably did it". It's a good advice to not argue with an officer but that doesn't mean we must admit to whatever accusation they utter.

  • I go to work at 230am. I get pulled over a good bit. But im nice and honest about what they say i did. 1 was for failing to yield and the other was for throwing a Cig. butt out. Failure: Said yeah i understand, even at 2am there are people walking sometimes, my bad. End.

Cig. Butt: Sorry its a bad habit, i actually have cans here that use to throw my butts in. End. (I honestly do..i have 2 Red Bull cans filled with butts that i use, just sometimes i throw them out the window bad form)

  • No flatfoot is going to 'teach' me how to act to Him..sorry dude!!

  • @sargonmoroku Feels pretty good.

  • If there is any doubt in your little head you would not give out tickets

    You work for us!

  • Yeah take the pig to court.

  • yeah take it to court...like that ever works -_-

  • @thrasher102991 works for me all the time, here in toronto (canada) if the cop doesnt show you get off automatically, but if he or she does show, they will always at least drop it to a lesser charge.

  • @thrasher102991 its really not that hard to win a ticket. you dont have to prove you didnt do what they say you did, you can cast doubt on the officer's testimony and win that way. there are many different ways on how to do this.

  • "Looking at additional charges by giving him a hard time, not following instructions"?? Ha! When you stand your ground exercising your rights(make sure you know what they are, not just think what they might be), many cops will give you instruction where you cant stay silent and that you "must" speak and tell them the truth. Also it is their burden to prove you did wrong...as long as you are exercising your rights, "giving them a hard time" is no grounds for getting charged with anything.

  • @thrasher102991

Most cops are afraid to lie in court. Beating the PD in court is a lot more likely than beating it on the streets.

  • I completely understand but there is court fees that not everyone can afford. But when I get pulled I am always polite, I shake there hand and say sorry for what ever I did.

  • My joint is canoeing! I have lost my concentration do to listening to this "Dick with ears!"

  • So what we learned from this video is that our court system is not based on justice or law but the whole system is based on our alliegance and honour to these infallable, allknowing egomaniac roadsice dictators who want to disarm us and take away our rights , freedoms and MONEY. Of course we should never argue with them--- of course they will win every argument, they are armed and dangerous and we are unarmed.

  • Part 1

American, please do not listen to this State Sanction Propaganda. America know your rights. Think of yourself as being a Super Hero and that your rights are your Super Hero Powers. The US Constitution is your studded armor shield and bracelets; its content was chosen to show your allegiance to Freedom and Democracy, its heart and foundation is indestructible. It is the symbol of a citizen’s supremacy, as long as you use it; you will maintain your cunning and strength

  • Part 2

The amendments besides being imperishable, also carries with it the power to compel a lying cop to tell the truth, use them well and with compassion. Go in Peace my fellow Americans, and remember that in a world full of government and police intrusions and tyranny, you are a Super Hero.

  • "Who will govern the governors? There is only one force in the nation that can be depended upon to keep the government pure and the governors honest, and that is the people themselves. They alone, if well informed, are capable of preventing the corruption of power, and of restoring the nation to its rightful course if it should go astray. They alone are the safest depository of the ultimate powers of government"

    - Thomas Jefferson

  • @qzbikowski I wanted to add to your comment about cops lying. You are so right, they do lie and they are highly trained in lying. The US Supreme Court has also ruled that Cops can lie in order to obtain information from you, that is why it is so important not to speak to them at all. When you are pulled by a cop and they ask you, where are you going? Where are you coming from? You do not have to answer questions. You should reply by saying that you are not required by law to answer that.

  • Armed tax collectors. Lying, vindictive, armed, tax collectors, plain and simple.

  • Act and Statutes are NOT LAW. There MUST be an injured party to be in violation of the law. There is no such thing as a Police/Peace Officer anymore, for they are now mind manipulating Revenue agents. Any officer has sworn to oath to protect human rights. Therefore, it is called Perjury if those rights are not upheld, which is serious offense if ignored. Up to 14 years in prison according to the Criminal Code of Canada section 131 sub (1) and section 132 sub (1).

    Peace!

  • blind submission!

  • Seems like a nice guy, but this is all common sense...but I suppose many people lack that!

  • the traffic court system is cleary corrupt... why the hell would anyone get an attouney and pay 1 grand to go to court when the ticket is cheaper anyway? this is clearly built to make the police officer, not the judge, the "judge"

  • @tomcatdcn If you get a Lawyer, the court will see if that you are incompetent of speaking for yourself. Also, the lawyer will take your cash then split it with the Attorney, then try and milk more money out of you. Been there, done that. Yes, they are all corrupt. Search for "Right to Travel".

    Peace

  • No cop will ever volunteer in court that the defendant was polite and cooperative no matter how polite and cooperative the defendant was.

  • Not everyone can afford an attorney to go to court over a traffic violation.

  • douche

  • I got pulled over at around midnight on a long, straight road. I'd been swerving slightly while changing the track on my stereo so they wanted to know if I'd been drinking. Being younger than the officer I said "No sir, I have not. I was adjusting my stereo so I may have been a little distracted.".

He told me to be careful and that he didn't see any cause to breathalyse me, then we had a chat about his car. Cops are people doing a job to protect the good people from the bad.

  • I also would add that, like most people, I'd rather be stopped on suspicion of having done something I hadn't than have a drunk/unlicensed driver get away with it and end up causing harm to someone else in an accident all because the officer didn't feel like being extra vigilant. I'd rather be stopped every week than ever have a drunk/unlicensed driver get away with it.

  • So he's saying what it comes down to is whether or not the policeman feels like giving you a fine. Whether or not he's in a bad mood or not. He doesn't express what he's trying to say very well.

My favorite part is "he's going to win that argument, one way or another".

  • Nice pants.

  • hes acting like all cops are jolly santa

  • If you're so inclined, mount a video camera in your car to record your speed, turn signal usage, and subsequently any potential encounter with cops. Police have been known to use false claims to issue citations. If that was their intention for stopping you, seeing a camera pointed at your dash will eliminate their excuse. It's sad that people have to take such measures to protect themselves from the police. You never know what kind of cop you'll be dealing with, so it's best to be prepared.

  • Shaun is a mis-educated, unintelligent, egotistical, misleading, officer who needs to go through some law training and behavior classes!

  • There are also some bad cops out there so what do you do?...use a camera. However, for the most part be co-operative when pulled over and it will help to keep your hands on the steering wheel and do not get out unless told to.

  • Well Put, I just wish the videos i've seen held the officers accountable for their actions.

Not sure what complaint someone could have with this video,

    Thanks

  • Learn about your strawman. Read this book scribd.com/doc/5122734/How-I-clobbered-every-bureaucratic-cash-confiscatory-agency

  • Who's this hick?

  • so if you own a registered legal weapon and you let him let him know when asked, does that give up your rights to be searched? being honest can backfire, giving him the opportunity to plant evidence

  • Don't cops pay attention to Alex Jones? Or at least try to follow the constitution any more? All the majority of police are doing is what they've been trained to do.. and most of it is illegal. Wake up! Pay attention no matter what side your on. Peace and love is the true answer.

  • @RichardMoudry Read the book I just posted, Freeman-on-the-land. ;)

  • I too hate this video - because of the BS this cop states. He is a typical cop that says the citizen should be polite - but doesn't state anything about the cop's duty, the cop's responsibility, the cop's professionalism, etc. FU. Cops have long forgotten who they should serve.

  • @pentiuman You don't have to be polite and I agree that the police should be professional, bottom line is you should serve yourself - be smart.

  • i dont get..... why should we give respect to the pigs if they dont show us respect not all cops but the disrespectful ones all i got to say is RODNEY KING

  • @samlugony indeed, you have no chance against a cop in court.

  • @theone2225 YOU COULDN'T BR MORE WRONG!!

I can get a cop and his testimony thrown out of court with usually three or less questions while he's under oath. The officer showing up in court is one of the best things that can happen in most cases.

  • OINK OINK Here piggy piggy

  • What is being polite have to do with my guilt or non guilt?

  • What he needs to do is make a video to his fellow gang members; on how to use that training that we the tax payers pay for on how to approach his employers in public without an attitude. As the law states we're innocent till proven guilty in a "court" of law not on the streets that we again the tax payers bought. I myself have experienced abuse of these gang members.. I've been pulled over for no apparent reason, and when everything checks out they let me go. My question is why pull me over

  • @ 0:32 "One of the positive aspects of it is that you are innocent until proven guilty"

Now see, by him saying that, that proves that Cops lie everyday!!!! This officer lied within the 1st 45 seconds of this video!!!! Unbelievable...

If you are innocent until proven guilty, then why is there NEVER EVER any proof of what you did besides what he writes in his notes (@ 1:22)?? He can chose to only document what HE WANTS to document, thus the ability to legally lie.

    I hate this video...

  • he,ll win the argument cause he has a gun. when a cop calls me sir i might call him officer.

  • @samlugony In Soviet Russia you get shot for speeding...

  • cops need to separate thier feeling from thier job. This is call professionalism, and I havent seen much of that with Law Enforcement.

  • We are not innocent until proven guilty,we are guilty until proven innocent. You also never find a cop to admit they are wrong thats why you never win the argument ha ha.

  • great propaganda. lol

  • @cheesemandaman

My brother is a cop. Hes a GOOD cop. This guys a cop, he just told you what not to do.

  • Heck, I argue with Police all the time. I do not comply unless I've broken the law.

  • @chewbaca1989 nice comment chewie

  • He is just another lying officer.

  • Officers are tyrants on wheels. When I was pulled over the officer said there was 49% chance I was not wearing my seat belt. I was wearing it even b4 the car was in drive and after his less than majority conviction statement I demanded a ticket 3 times because I wanted the officer to say that in court in front a judge. He backed off and on that third time I said it in a stern voice like a master to a servant demanding the ticket.

After that I had to speed to get to my job interview on time.

  • Funk the Police

  • haha "if you admit saying you did it", how about you use your 5th amendment right and not even say anything?

"the officer will let everyone know you were cooperative"...The police's job is to arrest, investigate and convict, not "help you out". "Anything can and will be used AGAINST you in a court of law, not to HELP you.

  • Question: What do you do if you are pulled over by a cop, you ask politely whats the problem, and the cop gives you a very nasty attitude and tries to argue with you about not telling you why you were pulled over. What should you do?

  • Cops do not have the Right to pull you over unless your indangering the public. He's right but what he's leaving out is "you do not have to tell him anything but show him your liscence and registration. don't have to tell him what your'e doing where you came from, where you're going or if you've been drinking. He has to prove the Law was being broken and you are protected under the 5th amendment not to answer any questions.

  • what to do when you get pulled over , use jedi mind tricks :P

  • @MrBrian987987 screw the mind tricks, use the lightsaber!

  • shoot the pig!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Agreed. My dad is an officer here in the UK and most police are ok if you are. Some are just obnoxious however. I work in conservation so I am out late at night a lot (bats, badgers etc) and the worst I had was this officer claiming I was a burglar. I explained my job, my reason, presented I.D and he was so rude to me and aggressive that in the end I rang my father who came down and sorted the situation, had 'words' with the other officer. Haha.

  • ...and that's it, NEVER EVER answer vague, probing, phishing questions..it'll ONLY end up bad for you

  • This is propaganda!

  • this is the worst advice. The cop forgot about the window up or down and many small IMPORTANT nuances. WATCH HOW TO REFUSE A POLICE SEARCH.its much better info. ALSO us N.L.P. because the lazy get beat by better verbal contact. My father got out of tickets all the time...but my father was like a cop...rude, loud and scary, condescending, pushy and fake polite. NLP is a much better route.

  • just wasted 3:32 minutes of of good digital recording

  • don't argue just conform. no need for individual thought baaaaaa

  • It depends on the cop and how his day is going, and his age.

  • hate pigs

  • This is a great video, if only people would actually do what is told in this video.

  • Is he serious?

This must be a persiflage right?

  • and never use an attorney learn your common law rights and the UCC .

  • sign any paperwork "without prejudice" and NEVER say yes if you are ask " do you understand" and go to court to dismiss it under common law . the cop is always wrong

  • Three letters UCC. Learn it.

  • produce your documentation and shut your mouth. if the officer wants to throw a little tantrum let him. Do not admit guilt, they are not your "friends"

  • Outwitting an officer is not hard..

after all they have a job that pays less then most and they get shot at.

  • Well I tell you one thing your right about that but do you really think their going to waste their time arresting someone for a seatbelt or a tailite out? I don't think so. I should clarify that I meant if the officer didn't have pc to pull you over.

  • That idea will only get you more trouble. If an officer writes the ticket, there is nothing preventing the officer from placing somebody under arrest, towing their vehicle, and taking the person to jail and making them post cash for bond to get out of jail. Simple advice, if you feel your not guilty, just sign the ticket, don't argue roadside, then go consult an attourney. Otherwise you could face more charges that may result in serving jail time. Don't take the chance.

  • Depends on what the ticket is for. You can't be arrested for not signaling to change lanes.

  • NO! The charge makes no difference. The United States Supreme Court has ruled that an officer can even arrest a driver for not wearing a seatbelt. There is NO charge you cannot be arrested for.

  • that cop is funny, i get pulled over for a tail light burned out, they give me a damn tint ticket...... LAST TIME I CHECKED I DONT HAVE TINTED WINDOWS. :p

  • See i live in a rich neighbor hood. not to be boasting or anything. but there's a lot of kids like myself with nice cars. most of the time which are parents pay for. now im guessing police officers do not like to see or assume things when they see a 20 year old driving a 50k car. maybe they think where drug dealers or things of that illegal nature.

  • lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Im not sure that you understand totally... ask your father if you dont believe me....

Police dont get involved in physical altercations unless the subject gives a reason to. MMA and martial arts have nothing to do with my job, I just threw that out there when you got all jedi tough on me. Oh excuse me... heavily armed boutny hunter tough.

  • Comment removed

  • Bobafette, I truly am scared. I just locked my doors. That is the most frieghtening thing ive ever heard, please dont hurt me. I guess my Martial arts instructor certs, 4 blackbelts, MMA fight wins, and my duty weapons would be useless against your jedi force powers. Again, please dont hurt me!

  • Comment removed

  • Oh where to start? Im sorry for my inaccurate depiction of star wars, thanks for the lesson. Yep! I have all of the shirts!!! Right next to my department shirts. Uh oh, a 12 gauge? Bet that makes you feel big huh? Theres probably a lot for you to protect in your moms basement. Do you keep it next to your star wars costumes? Figures you would call it a sawed off. typical quick answer from someone who has never fired a weapon, much less owned one. Plus my AR15 patrol rifle is cooler than a 12 ga.

  • Why dont you just track his IP and lock him up then? I know cops hate to have their egos bruised.

cops cant abuse their authority no matter what the crime is. I know the law and I know my rights. one would think you would have gotten the metaphor. despite whatever crime committed, cops shouldnt use excessive force.

  • Nice lack of reply to all the other comments I posted...

Bruised ego? Not me! I enjoy conversing with these types of people. No bruised ego here, in fact... I feel better knowing that it makes you so angry : )

I agree with the excessive force thing, but theres a difference between excessive and necessary .

  • Sweety you dont have that power over me to make me angry. I am attacked everyday by people and i never budge. It is you that is angry and that is why you are sending me 2 and 3 messages at a time. what i have been talking about is excessive force, not necessary force. What have you been reading thus far? If it was necessary, there wouldnt be a need for me to file a citizens complaint.

  • Lindsey, You sound kinda cute : )

The only reason for multiple reply's is because you're limited to 500 characters per reply, so I break it up into a couple of them. No anger on my side, but a lot of laughing at Bobafag32.

  • And I like the fact that you can TYPE AND SPELL!! Really nice change up from everyone else on youtube. (bobafag32)

Its the little things in life that really make you happy.

  • Comment removed

  • What wrong with telling an clearly educated woman, (and I checked her page, shes not 12) that shes cute? Sounds to me that you have woman problems.

  • well my dad has always said about any situation it's the few bad people who make the rest look bad. take care.

  • You take care also.

BTW, star wars isnt all that bad ; )

  • wonder why you decided to delete your comment. police are not trained to abuse their power and authority. I can run a red light and pull a 80 year old woman out of her car, that doesnt give a cop the right to use excessive force, curse me out and beat me up. again, the cops i have reported have been reprimanded. its hard to not to reprimand a cop with physical video evidence. Im smarter than the average Jane who dont know her rights. cops will only do what you allow them to do.

  • Deleted comment due to a couple of typo's... my apologies sweetheart. Here was my return comment.

  • "I promise you that no officer was reprimanded due to your complaints. Again you are using workd like "numerous" which implies that you cant follow the laws which were put in place to protect you. Necessary (not excessive) force is used for combative subjects.

  • If you run that red light, and fight with police, force will be used to subdue you. Unfortunately Lindsey, you are an average jane and you DONT know your rights, or we wouldnt be having this conversation in the first place. Not a single thing you have stated holds any water. Its full of holes. (bigger holes that the one in your face).

  • you are free to believe that...I take it that you are a cop. I believe it is hard for you to accept that cops are not in control as they would like to be. As I said, I have personal experience with these corrupted cops and I have been pleased with the results of my reports.

  • I find it unreal that you choose to believe that Law Enforcement are not in control. (to an extent). Since you are the expert here, when an officer is attempting to stop you for speeding lets say, you stop correct? Assuming you said yes, when he asks for your license, you its safe to assume you give it to him? Alright, and when he writes that ticket you either pay for it or go to court? Thats the kind of control officers know they have. It is their job.

  • And if actions are impeded by unruly subjects, further actions are taken. whats so hard to understand about that? Obviously police dont rule the world... thats not what im trying to say, but as far as the job goes, yes... there is a certain amount of control. If you were kidnapped, beaten, and raped who would you call? Would necessary force be accepted to subdue your attacker? Thats what I thought. Thanks.

  • You stated ......

"I can run a red light and pull a 80 year old woman out of her car, that doesnt give a cop the right to use excessive force, curse me out and beat me up."

I thought you knew your rights??? You CANT run a redlight according to law, or use excessive force to pull a citizen out of their vehicle, or ANYONE for that matter. You arent as smart and clever as you would lead people to believe.
