I was diagnosed a month ago and just found out same as you a small piece in my lymph node. I too have to get surgery done in my groin area next week. A little scared but I am praying for the same results you got. Did you have to go on Interferon? I was told I should to make sure we clean out the blood stream. Thank you for that video. It is helping me stay positive.

@jimakaty hey my wife has melanoma. We are doing the interferon. She did four weeks of intervenes five day's a week. And then five weeks of radiation. Now she is like three months into eleven months of interferon shots. It is not easy. She is sick from it. We just get by some how. She is fighting her ass off. The worst part so far was the radiation. It fried her. Well I guess you are three months into it by now. I hope you are ok.. I feel your pain.

im soooo scard:( about 4 months ago im was going on sun beds like every second day on 15 minutes:( and im soo scard now that i have cancer:(

I had a melanoma diagnosed. The mole was on me for 8 years irregular as anything and was way overdue for inspection. So i went in and got it checked, they took a picture of it, then came back 3 months later and it had a small dark spot on it appear. Would you believe it, it became a stage 0 (in situ) melanoma at the only time i checked it in 8 years!!

Great story! So true, how people just DON'T know about the danger. I had grade 3 breast cancer, double mastectomy, chemo ...etc etc I am happy to be here :)

To be honest I used Solariums a couple of times, like 5 sessions maybe once a year, my skin is olive coloured naturally, but used to tan quickly....and yes they do fuck your skin up, dry it out, age it, white spots, and worst cancer! So i quit now if i want a tan its from a bottle! This guy is doing the right thing trying to ban tanning beds, I'll sign that petition
