Sorry I cant find the scientific name for turkish cockroaches, do you mean turkistan cockroaches?
I am also not as convinced as you are that you can extrapolate from roaches to bedbugs as there are different sizes as well as species.
I would love to see some data with actual bedbugs.

My apologies, it was turkistan cockroaches.
Forbes and Ebeling (and others) have published the thermal lethal requirements for German cockroaches and they are higher than those required for bed bug control. I am trying in having this test recreated with bed bugs.
