  • @Nickadeedledeedoo Hell YEAH!! =D

  • just finished listening to this song for the first time.....

i love it so much already

  • @vft98 i just discovered it too, bad ass song.

  • @AceAlive2 hell yea.

look up "trouble" by quiet riot

it should say on the cover the randy rhoads years.

    thats a bad ass song

& actually this song is based on "breaking up is a heartache" by quiet riot when he was in that band

    those songs r pretty badass

  • @vft98 i'll definitely check it out soon. thanks alot, man.

  • @AceAlive2 no problem. u sent that a month ago so you probably heard it haha

    did u like em?

  • @vft98 i sure did, randy was just like eminem in that he made sure EVERY piece he recorded saw the light of day somehow. these songs are really cool.

  • @vft98 i agree

  • @elvisdustin agree with what?

  • Thanks for posting these. OZZY is the greatest. Period!!!!!!

  • cool never heard this one before

  • A master-class in rock and roll.

  • Nossa amor só vc pra fazer eu gostar do Ozzy...

  • I'm thinking about covering this one!

    Maybe even recording it!!!!

    I LOVE Randy fuckin' Rhoads!

  • there aint no video its an out take queer from years b4 u were even a squirt out yer ole mans dick

  • There are 3 released versions of this great song. This is the version with the re-recorded bass/drums. The version on the '80 Crazy Train 7" from the UK is by far the best version where the guitars are mixed so much better (ala Crazy Train & I Don't Know) and there's no cowbell in the chorus. The '84 remix that was on Japan only releases dulled the mix & had the cowbell. Let Ozzy and Epic know you want the original 7" mix plus the Live EP on the upcoming 30th anniversary Blizzard reissue.

  • My favorite Randy Rhoads era song,He shreds

  • Rhodes was just simply amazing,His guitar playing is timeless

  • R.I.P. If he lived today maybe , he was would one of the best guitarists between current :D

  • @disastermasterkris one of...no, he would be the best!

  • isnt it Randy Rhoads playing on all the tracks to blizzard of Ozz?

  • @iggvf yes

  • great solo

    R.R R.I.P

  • I downloaded the horrible 2002 remaster of Blizzard just for this song. ;)

  • I love the 2002 remastered... they fixed a LOT of the mixes with Randy's solos... especially the beginning of the Mr. Crowley one... on the record the first solo starts 1/16 a beat off,

the downbeat on that measure is cut off a bit, they fixed it in the remastered.

  • But they added the horrible bass and drum redo's. Bad idea on their part. They have nothing on Kerslake and Daisley.

  • @Headbanger270 Totally agree with you dude,Its all about not paying those guys rotalties and thats an ultimate low for the prince of deception

  • You rock Randy and Ozzy!

  • this solo is very similar to breaking up is a heartache by quiet riot. ive noticed randy re uses alot of his old licks in quiet riot with ozzy

  • nop

  • Ha from the first three chords of the intro, I knew I was going to like this song

    Pure Randy

  • this song is awesome

  • I agree, Rob Trujillo did a horrible job on the bass.

But I'm one of the lucky ones to have the original, they have the originals sold online if you want them.

  • @2112murphy

No, this is a B-side song, they never touched it in terms of remastering. Why do you think Randy's tone in the solo sounds so raw? :)

  • FUCK YEAH!!!!

    RANDY RHOADS > GOD!!!!

  • @Rayman304

    Agreed dude.

  • This is definitely the love song for shy people. :D

  • hell yeah!

  • Agreed; one of the reasons I connect with the song so well, myself.

  • RIP randy, great song , great riff, great solo , i like ozzy's vocals on that song,

  • ive got the original 7 inch single vinyl of this...have a look at my ozzy vinyl video..

  • FUK JAH!!!!!!

For some reason, I always imagine a priest trying to romance a very hot vampire when I hear either "Steal Away The Night" or this song... weird, because I HATE freakin' damn vampires

  • FUCK YEAH \m/

  • Let's start a fuckyeah chain for Randy, i'll start, FFUUUCCKKKYYEEAHHHHH !!!

  • FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • FFUUUCCKKKYYEEAHHHHH !!!

  • I bought this album last Monday ... I love it!

  • this guitar solo

    allways cheers me up

  • Funny thing is that Randy wrote this solo for Quiet Riot's 'Breaking Up Is A Heartache' he rehashed the solo with a couple extra licks but it's almost exactly the same...

If you like this song check out the Randy Rhoads years Quiet Riot CD...

  • lol your right, i just heard that song and he used pretty much the same chord progression of this solo for the entire song. and he had only written the first half of the solo back then and played it twice in different octaves.

  • I know! i thought i was the only that noticed that, Amazing solo i love it

  • love this song so much ozzie was soo cool iw ish he was still writing!!!!!

  • He does still write. im pretty sure anyway. he did his black rain album in 2007 and i heard that he is working on another. he hasnt been touring 2009 and i heard it was because hes doin another album. not sure though.

  • Yeah i heard that too.. they say it'll be finished by September....

  • remember that in this version, i believe that the drums and bass have been dubbed in to replace the original bass and drum lines. this happeded because of the original drumist and bassist sueing over royalites.

  • what do you mean they were sueing over royalties? like were they sueing ozzy for it? or what? i dont really know the whole story.

  • This song shows how a love song can sound like true rock/metal even though its not exactly a love song

  • its about passion!!!!!

  • this is an amazing song sadly though i have a vinyl with it on it....but no needle or decent player.... 5/5 anyway love this song!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what vinyl is it on? is it mr crowley 45?

  • Originally b-side to Crazy Train

  • if he wasnt happy with it and he though it was annoying then why would he leave it there?

  • It is well documented that Randy was not happy with some of the solos on Diary, because the producers were rushing the album. At least one of them was a scratch track/solo that he never intended for mass consumption.

I realize Blizzard was before Diary, but because it is a rare track, it may very well have been rushed.

  • acctually, this song was made kinda for a b side, so was no bone movies, however, just before a gig randy, bob daisley and lee kerslake started you said it all, and tht replaced it on the b side. kinda cool. randy did a dif solo live, but he as i know, he did like this solo. very into his style, classical, melodic.

  • Btw, I agree that Randy would like the solo. It is classic, as I said. I doubt if he would like the 2nd guitar part during the solo, in terms of arrangement and recording.

Similarly, Ozzy has said that Randy wouldn't have liked Tribute, because of the recording quality. Of course, by that point, the tragedy had changed everything and we were joyous for anything.

  • i dissagree, the chords are perfect for it.

  • There is not one flaw in Randys playing. Simply amazing.

  • So this is the bonus track on Blizzard? I assume that means the CD version only of Blizzard right? I've never heard this before. It's Randy Rhoads right?

    ~CORE

  • Its a bonus track on the Blizzard CD, and yes, its Randy.

  • that album cover rules...this song rocks out!

  • Guitar solo at 2:05 is just amazing...good as Mr. Crowley and Crazy Train, actually better than Crazy Train.

  • i would like to see the music video instead

  • look for the music video then

  • fine then you jerk

  • @fretburner94 Ikr.Haha seriously.

  • @fretburner94 haha!!!

  • @ladylightning96 is none

  • @ladylightning96 umm, there where no videos when this was released so let me know how that works for you.

  • @ladylightning96 LOL! and another one for the dumbass pit...

  • i wish this was put on the original cd.

  • the solo is great

  • amazing song

  • The guitar intro is cool

  • every part about randy's playing is cool :)

  • agreed..but i particularly love his playing between each verse..and the solo
