@azntactical Alright is it easy to install the gen7 mag feed adapter or is there no installation required and can I switch between mag fed and hopper fed
@JaWayne5 just go to my channel and you will see a pm by my profile picture. the only problem i had with the gen7 feed adapter is a slight double feed (which is a common thing). with gen6 i had no chops with hopper feed, but with mags, you might if it dont feed right. i do have the detent setting on the gen6 perfect so dont touch the o-ring. i can include 1 18 round mag (black) and the stock 180 round hopper.
@azntactical Sounds great I'll pm you my email and you can send me some pics of the gun. I would love the pressure release valve as well. If I do buy it is there a mag include or no if there's not I totally understand.
@azntactical Also, is it a air through stock? And does it have a shogun remote line with pressure release valve? Sorry for so many questions I just need to be sure on some things
@JaWayne5 it will comes with an air thru stock and the nipple is currently with the push pin remote coil from rap4. i can easily swap it out for the stock nipple so you can use a pressure release valve (will include for free if needed). the overall condition on the marker is in good condition. i only went out with it once a month (if i was lucky) but mostly once every other month.
@JaWayne5 the barrel has screw marks as to where the hand guard was held and the right side of the body has a few blemish from setting it on that side when not in play. the left side almost looks perfect. i can get you some pictures if you want. with the setup that you want to get. just pm my your email.
@azntactical Sounds like a good deal. I understand it has been used but what is the overall condition? With your experience does it chop paintballs a lot? And if I were to buy it it's fully assembled and no broken parts(besides missing bolt in the back which I can easily replace). And is the finish beat up because I can easily paint it.
@azntactical The only problem is I need something more able to go up close and personal like the gun in this video. Is this one for sale or are you using it
@JaWayne5 its almost the same setup as the gen7 version...just different sights, tip and with a 8" ris hand guard. you will still get the decked out mechanical selector switch with the caa pistol grip.
@JaWayne5 this gen7 marker is mag fed. my gen6 is hopper, but will come with a gen7 mag feed adapter. so both are basically mag fed ready. but like i said, my gen6 is up for sale. i do have a 10" non rifled raptor barrel. i can swap out the 14" barrel to turn it into a sbr for your cqb. let me know.

@JaWayne5 with this one, i had a noveske tip on it, but swapped it out with a gem tech. the ris hand guard is the small version. there currently is no barrel kit for this setup.
Make a new detent cover in steel and change the detent from a tippmann. i did that. problem solved. the gun didnt shot multiple ball after the change. i even can shoot on full auto. no problem with multiple ball falling out the barrel.
@dali10k that's good to hear. i have since then changed to the tippmann detent as well. rap4 did send me a new one for free, but have not tried it out. but, the new one does look a lot better then the one that originally came with the marker.
@azntactical since your detent cover got a crack in it, it will not feed better with the new detent. the cover will not handle the preassure from the bolt an flipp out every time. you`ll have to hold it back in place with one finger. belive me. bin there done that :-)

Great review. I just got a T68 Gen7 Splitfire and the feed elbow is broken 1st day. The elbow feed neck is glued on with metal glue and not welded so it doesn't hold up the weight of a hopper filled with balls while carrying the gun. The glue bond breaks and then the hopper neck can swivel back and forth. A little of the neck then protrudes within the gun and the firing bolt gets stuck on it causing jams/breaks and misfiring.
