ooooooo Fav, i have a couple,,for Steak "Pain2" and Chronic Pain.Pain rules for steak, as for some reason the flavour of it combined with the steaks flavour are Amazing..Ol man Stillmanz Naga/Fatali jerk paste,again MEAT and mince dish's WOW a lil bit imparts the fatali flavour throughout whole lot, and the Naga heat is awesome,its @$!@$# hot too.

for sauce tests, i'd sample a smaller amount first to get a better idea of the flavor. a huge spoonful can be a completely different taste from a few drops. the pain2 sauce looks delicious though, i'm jealous.

yea, suppose and a tablespoon of some could also burn a hole through me, so have to be careful.

i usuallly ask the Maker what they think..

but im more of a "how hot is it" rather than "what's it taste like" and if did a teaspoon of some, it would look pretty lame.

so i might go a Tablespoon full, see how hot, then a few min in go a lil bit and describe..

ill try that next :D (got a Naga/Fatali jerk Paste i wanna do or the DM MKII )

oh Aussie slang, "it caned" when i was at school and was a lil shit, i got the Cane on the hands(actually got 6 whacks 1 time for blowing a hole in the schoool tennis courts with a copper bomb) it stang like crap,, so if i say its caning, its hurting/stinging..
