FYI It's nothing different than most foods you eat, it's just processed in an industrial scale. -.- It doesn't mean that when you process foods, you make them bad for your health.( which is sadly what a lot of people think)

I tell you how it's made: You take normal milk from aunt or aomebody who lives in countryside - the milk is not pasteurized, Ferment it for a few days, put into glass, add fruits or eat alone. WTF is wrong with you world - not colouful enough, so add aditional colours? Not sweet enough so add more sugar?

  • i do it by myself, i put a cup of common yoghurt in a liter of milk and done! the important thing to know is the mixed milk\yogh needs to be warm, about 40\45 °c (on a chair near the home radiator) unless doesnt work and the fatter the milk is, the denser the yoghurt will be, btw the first couple or three times you do it, could be a little too liquid but if reutilize the same yoghurt to make it again will become better!
