This is actually part of the movie, Adolescence of Utena (or, in America, "Revolutionary Girl Utena: The Movie"), which can be bought on DVD from pretty much any place that sells anime, or online on VHS at a fansub place for much cheaper. It's quite worth it. Lots of extras, amazing quality, and a brilliant movie. I couldn't possibly post it here, lol. But I understand your excitement. ;P
