I can see the factions being divided because the Undead and Blood Elves are not trusted on the Horde and with the plague the Undead have it only looks more suspicious. The alliance seems to trust a lot but I can see Worgen, Night elves and Dranei being thrown out because of a racial prejudice one of the leaders would have.

He declared war on the living in the name of the Forsaken. He took over Undercity until Sylvanas ousted him. He's the reason Forsaken are mistrusted by all.
