Bryan was an army brat he lived all over the world during his life . His family settled in Canada. I think he lived in Toronto for a while and went to school with a guy by the name of Tom Applethorpe (Tom Cruise). He eventually settled in North Vancouver and the rest they say is history.

@bestage09 ...depends on where you live. According to a tv interview in his home country Canada some time ago, Bryan said that on tours in Europe and Asia, people seem to enjoy new stuff as well as old. In North America, he said people tend to like older stuff majority of the time.
