But listen if you really don't want to handle raw meat you can make the same salad with breaded chicken patties (it's not my style, but my daughter says it works in a hurry for her,lol) hope you enjoy it as much as me and my guests do! @Backatwon I was told that from Mainely as well.. I guess some folks are accustomed to it having the same consistency as tuna fish when used for a sandwich. This is how I've been taught to make it ... Got to feed the Entire House!
