I used to be an inbound customer service rep for Verizon Wireless, and let's just say.... We had it rough. This call center looks like a palace compared to where I worked. On top of that VZW, is not a customer friendly company. Their policies were always focused on themselves, and rarely benefited the customer. I had to leave because the stress kept building as VZW revised stricter policies. Always had excellent support from at&t (except one lol)
