Ive only ever had lambs and kid goats testicles - freshly cut from them in the morning, and then boiled in goat's milk. Really rather tasty - but that texture man, it's just odd. Nothing compares to the texture

Theres nothing really weird about sheep testicles. If you "City folks" ever grew up in a countryside like most locations in texas, Cowhead and testicles will not be a rare sight. These are actually foods for kings.and you guys miss a lot. Most people today have a wrong mentality about certain foods because they grow up in the city. In historical times not a single portion of meat was ever wasted and believe me the internal and weird parts of most animals are the most delicious!

Actually it wasn't too bad. It tasted mostly of the spices they put on it. However the texture was a little odd.

Admittedly we were fairly drunk at the time so that made it a little easier :)
