Man I miss the spawning mechanics of 1.7, luckily I still have 1.7 on a different computer of mine. BetterThanWolves was awesome in conjunction with the redpower mod. I really must work some more on my old BTW map. This video was very dramatic, well done.

@bangNL94 Keep in mind that the spawning mechanics for passive mobs changed dramatically with 1.8. A trap like this will no longer work as a result. My own tower has become a relic to a more barbaric time in Steve's history ;)

I love how at the end you completely forgot/deliberately didn't put the chicken in the "In Memory Of" section. Lmfao. It does fit perfectly in vanilla Minecraft because it doesn't add any neon coloured blocks or human ninjas who kill you at night. Mo'creatures as an example, it has lots of mobs that fit in the vanilla, like bears, ducks, horses. But the cats, they had those emoticons on them that didn't feel vanilla at all.
